شركة Sofitel (جزء من مجموعة Accor) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة وكيل أمن (للذكور السعوديين فقط) في منطقة مكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء دوريات منتظمة في مناطق النزلاء، المناطق العامة، المناطق الخلفية، مرافق المواقف، والمواقع الأخرى المحددة.
  • مراقبة مداخل الفندق، المخارج، نقاط الوصول، والمناطق المحظورة.
  • التأكد من أن الأشخاص المصرح لهم فقط يدخلون المناطق المحظورة.
  • الاستجابة بسرعة واحترافية للحوادث الأمنية والطوارئ واستفسارات النزلاء والزملاء.
  • مراقبة أي نشاط مشبوه، مخاطر سلامة، وصول غير مصرح به، أو سلوك غير اعتيادي والإبلاغ عنه.
  • مساعدة النزلاء والزملاء في الأمور المتعلقة بالأمن مع الحفاظ على نهج مهني ومهذب.
  • إعداد تقارير دقيقة للحوادث والحفاظ على سجلات أمنية يومية.
  • التنسيق مع مشغل كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وغرفة التحكم الأمني بشأن الحوادث والملاحظات الأمنية.
  • المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ، بما في ذلك إنذارات الحريق، الإخلاء، الطوارئ الطبية، وغيرها من الحوادث وفق إجراءات الفندق.
  • فحص الأبواب، مخارج الطوارئ، معدات الإطفاء، والمناطق الحساسة أمنياً والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات.
  • دعم التحقيق في الحوادث بتقديم المعلومات ذات الصلة والتعاون مع الإدارات المصرح لها.
  • التحكم ومراقبة حركة الموظفين، المقاولين، الزوار، والتوصيات وفق إجراءات الفندق.
  • التأكد من التعامل مع العناصر المفقودة وتسجيلها وفق سياسة الفندق.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لمعلومات النزلاء وعمليات الفندق والحوادث الأمنية والتحقيقات.
  • استكمال جميع قوائم المراجعة الأمنية والسجلات والتقارير المطلوبة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات الأمن والسلامة والوقاية من الحرائق والطوارئ في الفندق.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يسندها مشرف الأمن أو إدارة الأمن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال الأمن، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية أو ضيافة.
  • معرفة أساسية بإجراءات الأمن والاستجابة للطوارئ والسلامة من الحرائق.
  • قدرة جيدة على الملاحظة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين قوية.
  • القدرة على التزام الهدوء والتصرف المهني أثناء الطوارئ أو المواقف الصعبة.
  • لياقة بدنية والقدرة على الوقوف والمشي لفترات طويلة.
  • درجة عالية من النزاهة والسرية والاحترافية.
  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية والقدرة على إكمال التقارير والسجلات الأمنية.
  • القدرة على العمل في نوبات مرنة تشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
  • الخبرة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، وإجادة لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة.

Job Description

  • Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public areas, back-of-house areas, parking facilities, and other designated locations.
  • Monitor hotel entrances, exits, access points, and restricted areas.
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or colleague concerns.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or unusual behavior.
  • Assist guests and colleagues in security-related matters while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
  • Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security logs.
  • Coordinate with the CCTV Operator and Security Control Room regarding security incidents and observations.
  • Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuations, medical emergencies, and other incidents, in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of doors, emergency exits, fire equipment, and other security-sensitive areas and report any irregularities.
  • Support the investigation of incidents by providing relevant information and cooperating with authorized departments.
  • Control and monitor the movement of employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Ensure that lost and found items are handled and recorded according to hotel policy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, hotel operations, security incidents, and investigations.
  • Complete all required security checklists, logs, and reports accurately and on time.
  • Follow all hotel security, safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and fire safety.
  • Good observation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or challenging situations.
  • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete security reports and records.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
