تعلن شركة WSP in the Middle East عن توفر وظيفة HSE Advisor لمشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات (Mixed-Use Development) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك ضمن فريق الإشراف على المباني والمشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ترتيبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع وفقاً لمتطلبات نظام إدارة HSEQ الخاص بشركة WSP، لضمان حماية العاملين.
- إدارة مفتشي HSE لضمان مراقبة تنفيذ ترتيبات الصحة والسلامة في موقع المشروع وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات العميل.
- تطوير وتقديم تدريبات في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لموظفي WSP تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: التعريف بالمشروع، وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمقاولين، وتقييم المخاطر، وبيانات الطرق، وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات العميل قبل بدء العمل.
- التخطيط للزيارات الميدانية اليومية في مواقع المشروع للتأكد من وجود تدابير الصحة والسلامة قبل بدء الأعمال.
- إجراء تفتيشات HSE مشتركة أسبوعية مع مفتشي HSE وموظفي المقاول، وضمان إغلاق جميع الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية.
- تنظيم اجتماعات HSE مع العملاء وموظفي مشروع WSP والمقاولين.
- بدء واختبار خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ وضمان تنفيذ التدريبات وفقاً لجدول المشروع ومعايير الأداء.
- ضمان متابعة مفتشي HSE لتقارير التحقيق في حوادث المقاولين، وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية وإغلاقها لمنع تكرارها، وتقديم التوجيه الفني اللازم للحماية من الحوادث.
- إجراء مراجعات منتظمة لسلامة الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو العلوم البيئية، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور قيادي مماثل في مجال HSE، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة البناء أو الهندسة.
- معرفة معمقة بلوائح HSE وأفضل الممارسات، خاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- شهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيها بشدة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً. معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- إلزامي: الحصول على عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) في مجال الصحة والسلامة.

- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، مع القدرة على التأثير وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
- قدرات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.

WSP Middle East is looking for an HSE Manager for an ongoing Property & Building Supervision Project in Jeddah in KSA
Responsibilities
- Manage the health, safety and environmental arrangements for the project against the WSP HSEQ Management System requirements, to ensure the protection of our people.
- Manage HSE Inspectors to ensure they are monitoring the implementation of health and safety arrangements at project site level, in accordance with legal and client requirements.
- Develop and deliver health, safety and environmental training to WSP employees including but not limited to; induction, safe working practices.
- Review and approve contractor’s health, safety and environmental plans, risk assessments and method statements against legal and client requirements prior to the work being carried out.
- Plan daily morning site visits across project sites to ensure health and safety measures are in place before works begins.
- Carry out weekly joint HSE inspections with HSE Inspectors and contractor personnel and ensure all the corrective/preventive actions are closed out.
- Organise HSE meetings with clients, WSP project staff, and contractors.
- Initiate and test emergency response plans and ensure the drills are carried out as per the project schedule and performance standards.
- Ensure HSE Inspectors follow up on contractor’s incident investigation reports are completed and corrective actions are identified and closed out to prevent a recurrence and provide necessary technical guidance for accident protection.
- Conduct regular site safely reviews.
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HSE leadership role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in the Middle East region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Mandate : Should hold SCE in Health & Safety domain.
