تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى تعيين مدير تسليم - فني (Director - Delivery - Technical) لتقديم القيادة الفنية عبر مشاريع التطوير السكنية الرئيسية ضمن وحدة الأعمال السكنية في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الفنية عبر المشاريع السكنية من مرحلة تطوير التصميم حتى البناء والتسليم
- قيادة التنسيق بين أقسام التطوير والتصميم والتسليم والتجاري والاستشاريين والمقاولين
- مراجعة التصاميم من حيث قابلية البناء والامتثال الفني وهندسة القيمة ومخاطر التسليم
- إدارة المراحل الفنية ومراجعات التصميم وحل التداخلات المعقدة متعددة التخصصات
- دعم استراتيجية المشتريات والمناقصات والتقييم الفني للمقاولين والاستشاريين
- الإشراف على التداخلات الفنية الرئيسية خلال التسليم في مجالات العمارة والإنشاءات والميكانيكا والكهرباء والواجهات وغيرها
- مراقبة البرنامج الزمني وخطة التكلفة والمخاطر الفنية، وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
- ضمان الحفاظ على جودة البناء والمواصفات ومتطلبات التصميم المعتمدة
- الإشراف على الاختبارات والتشغيل وإزالة العيوب وإغلاق الملاحظات والجاهزية الفنية للتسليم
- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والجهات الرسمية والاستشاريين والمقاولين
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والقيادة لفرق تسليم المشاريع عبر المحفظة السكنية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال الخبرة الفنية وتسليم المشاريع، تتضمن مسؤوليات قيادية كبيرة
- خبرة قوية في تسليم مشاريع سكنية أو متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق، تشمل الشقق والفيلات والمجتمعات المخططة
- خبرة كبيرة من جهة المطور أو شركة إدارة المشاريع (PMC)، ويفضل الجمع مع خبرة من جهة المقاول
- خبرة مثبتة عبر دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة من التصميم والمشتريات حتى البناء والتشغيل والتسليم
- فهم قوي لإدارة التصميم وقابلية البناء وهندسة القيمة والمشتريات وتسليم الإنشاءات
- خبرة في إدارة الاستشاريين متعددي التخصصات والمقاولين والتداخلات المعقدة للمشاريع
- يفضل بشدة خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؛ خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية ميزة إضافية

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Delivery - Technical to provide technical leadership across the delivery of major residential developments within the Residential Business Unit.
The role will oversee the technical progression of projects from design development and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring that design intent is translated into technically robust, buildable and commercially efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong client-side technical and project delivery experience with deep knowledge of residential construction, multidisciplinary design coordination and end-to-end asset delivery.

The ideal candidate will combine strong client-side technical and project delivery experience with deep knowledge of residential construction, multidisciplinary design coordination and end-to-end asset delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across residential projects from design development through construction and handover
- Lead coordination between Development, Design, Delivery, Commercial, consultants and contractors
- Review designs for constructability, technical compliance, value engineering and delivery risk
- Manage technical stage gates, design reviews and resolution of complex multidisciplinary interfaces
- Support procurement strategy, tendering and technical evaluation of contractors and consultants
- Oversee architectural, structural, MEP, façade and other key technical interfaces during delivery
- Monitor programme, cost-plan and technical risks, identifying corrective actions where required
- Ensure construction quality, specifications and approved design requirements are maintained
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, defect closure and technical readiness for handover
- Manage key stakeholder, authority, consultant and contractor relationships
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project delivery teams across the residential portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 15+ years of relevant project and technical delivery experience, including significant leadership responsibility
- Strong experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, including apartments, villas and masterplanned communities
- Significant client-side developer or PMC experience, ideally combined with contractor-side experience
- Demonstrable experience across the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover
- Strong understanding of design management, constructability, value engineering, procurement and construction delivery
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and complex project interfaces
- GCC experience strongly preferred; Saudi Arabia experience advantageous
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness and senior stakeholder management capability
