Takeda تعلن عن وظيفة مستشار طبي (تخصص الصدفية/الأمراض الجلدية) في الرياض، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث الشركة عن مستشار طبي متخصص في الصدفية والأمراض الجلدية، يتولى القيادة العلمية والطبية للمجال العلاجي، ويشارك في بناء العلاقات مع الخبراء الخارجيين، وتوليد الرؤى الطبية، ودعم أنشطة البحث والتطوير.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كخبير علمي وطبي للمجال العلاجي المحدد، مع فهم عميق لأمراض وعلاجات الأدلة والرعاية الصحية والتطورات العلمية الناشئة.
  • تقييم الأدبيات العلمية والبيانات السريرية والأدلة الواقعية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الطبية، وتقديم التوجيه العلمي والطبي لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • إنشاء وتطوير والحفاظ على علاقات موثوقة ومتوافقة مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs) والمهنيين الصحيين والمؤسسات الأكاديمية والجمعيات العلمية.
  • قيادة أنشطة التبادل العلمي عالي الجودة وتوصيل المعلومات الطبية المعقدة بطريقة متوازنة ودقيقة ومتوافقة.
  • جمع وتحليل وتوصيل الرؤى الطبية القابلة للتنفيذ من أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين والتفاعلات العلمية وبيئات الرعاية الصحية.
  • دعم تطوير وتنفيذ أنشطة توليد الأدلة، بما في ذلك الدراسات التي يرعاها المحققون ومبادرات الأدلة الواقعية.
  • تطوير وتقديم التدريب العلمي والبرامج التعليمية لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، والعمل كمورد طبي للفرق متعددة الوظائف.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع قادة المجالات العلاجية وفرق التميز الطبي والشؤون الطبية والوصول إلى السوق والشؤون التنظيمية والتطوير السريري والتجاري وخدمات المرضى.
  • الحفاظ على فهم قوي لمسارات المرضى وأنظمة الرعاية الصحية ومسارات العلاج والممارسة السريرية المتطورة.
  • الاستفادة من البيانات العلمية والأدوات الرقمية والأساليب المبتكرة لتعزيز التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة والأثر الطبي.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع الأنشطة وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح والمدونات الصناعية وسياسات Takeda ومعايير الحوكمة الطبية.
  • الالتزام بسياسات أمن المعلومات واستخدام التكنولوجيا في Takeda، والعمل كسفير للجودة من خلال الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مخاوف متعلقة بالمنتجات لفريق الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية في الطب أو الصيدلة أو علوم الحياة أو تخصص صحي ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الشؤون الطبية داخل صناعة الأدوية، بما في ذلك أدوار مثل الشؤون الطبية أو الاتصال العلمي الطبي أو المستشار الطبي أو التطوير السريري.
  • معرفة علمية قوية وخبرة ذات صلة في الصدفية و/أو الأمراض الجلدية.
  • يفضل خبرة في بيئة الرعاية الصحية السعودية و/أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؛ وخبرة سابقة في الصدفية في دول المجلس هي ميزة قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الأولويات الطبية والتفاعل الفعال مع الخبراء الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة متعددي الوظائف.
  • يفضل خبرة في أنشطة الشؤون الطبية قبل الإطلاق و/أو الإطلاق.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة الرعاية الصحية ومتطلبات GCP/GVP ومبادئ التبادل العلمي ومعايير الامتثال.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغات المحلية (مثل العربية) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description:

A) Role Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1- Scientific Leadership & Medical Expertise:

  • Serve as the scientific and medical expert for the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Maintain deep understanding of disease areas, treatment paradigms, clinical evidence, healthcare landscape, and emerging scientific developments.
  • Critically evaluate scientific literature, clinical data, and real-world evidence to support medical decision-making.
  • Provide scientific expertise and medical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

2- Scientific Exchange & External Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain credible, compliant, and long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, academic institutions, scientific societies, and other relevant external stakeholders.
  • Lead high-quality scientific exchange activities and communicate complex medical information in a balanced, accurate, and compliant manner.
  • Identify emerging scientific trends, unmet medical needs, and evolving stakeholder perspectives within the therapeutic area.
  • Represent Takeda at scientific congresses, medical meetings, advisory boards, and other scientific engagement activities.

3- Medical Insights Generation:

  • Gather, analyse and communicate actionable medical insights from external stakeholders, scientific interactions, and healthcare environments.
  • Translate medical insights into meaningful recommendations to support therapeutic area priorities, evidence generation plans, patient-focused initiatives, and business decision-making.
  • Proactively identify scientific gaps, educational needs, and opportunities to improve patient care.

4- Evidence Generation & Medical Projects:

  • Support development and execution of evidence generation activities, including investigator-sponsored studies, real-world evidence initiatives, medical research collaborations, and scientific projects.
  • Contribute medical expertise to study planning, execution, interpretation, and communication of scientific outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to generate meaningful scientific evidence addressing unmet patient needs.

5- Medical Education & Capability Building:

  • Develop and deliver scientific training and educational programs for internal stakeholders.
  • Support capability building initiatives by providing therapeutic area expertise and scientific updates.
  • Act as a medical resource for cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing scientific knowledge across the organization.

6- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Therapy Area Leads, Medical Excellence, Medical Affairs teams, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Patient Services, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute medical expertise to cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with medical and scientific priorities.
  • Support launch readiness, lifecycle management activities, and patient-focused initiatives through scientific input and collaboration.

7- Patient & Healthcare Ecosystem Understanding:

  • Maintain strong understanding of patient journeys, healthcare systems, treatment pathways, and evolving clinical practice.
  • Spend significant time engaging with healthcare stakeholders to better understand real-world clinical challenges and opportunities.
  • Use healthcare ecosystem insights to support scientific priorities and improve patient outcomes.

8- Digital Innovation & Data Utilization:

  • Leverage scientific data, digital tools, and innovative approaches to enhance stakeholder engagement and medical impact.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support evidence-based decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.

9- Compliance, Ethics & Medical Governance:

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, Takeda policies, and medical governance standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity, ethics, and patient focus.
  • Proactively identify and escalate compliance, quality, or ethical concerns through appropriate channels.

B) Role Mandatory Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Takeda’s Information Security and Technology Use policies.
  • Serve as a Quality Ambassador by promptly reporting any product-related concerns to the Quality team.
  • Uphold integrity and ethical conduct in alignment with Takeda’s values (Takeda-ism).
  • Complete all mandatory trainings and ensure team compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example in the accurate and timely use of company systems (e.g., Concur, Dakika, Bloom), fostering process discipline across the team.
  • Proactively raise compliance or ethical concerns through appropriate Takeda reporting channels.

C) Role required Qualifications & Capabilities:

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Development, or a related medical role.
  • Strong scientific knowledge and relevant experience in Psoriasis and/or Dermatology.
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC healthcare environment is preferred; prior experience in Psoriasis within the GCC is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage medical priorities, and effectively engage key external experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in pre-launch and/or launch Medical Affairs activities is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, GCP/GVP requirements, scientific exchange principles, and compliance standards.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in applicable local language(s) is an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
