شركة Takeda تبحث عن مدير الوصول إلى السوق (Market Access Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور قيادة والتواصل مع المؤثرين المحليين وصناع القرار لضمان إدراج منتجات Takeda في قوائم الصيادلة وتحقيق وضع تفضيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجيات الوصول المحلية وتنفيذ تكتيكات الوصول للعلامات التجارية (30%).
- توطين استراتيجيات الوصول العالمية وتطوير أدوات الوصول ذات الصلة (قصة القيمة، النماذج الاقتصادية، ملف القيمة، إطار عمل MEA).
- دعم تحقيق إدراج منتجات Takeda في قوائم الصيادلة والحصول على وضع تفضيلي لها.
- دعم إبرام اتفاقيات رابحة مع العملاء المعنيين لضمان تقديم منتجات Takeda بأفضل شروط الربح والنمو.
- دعم خطط الأعمال الإقليمية والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الإقليميين (بما في ذلك الجهات الصحية).
- مراقبة وتوثيق حالة الوصول إلى السوق الإقليمية والأحداث والاتجاهات لتحديد المخاطر والفرص.
- تمثيل سياسات الشركة الاستراتيجية والعمل بتآزر مع الزملاء والأقسام الأخرى.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء بما في ذلك إدارة العقود ومعالجة طلبات العملاء.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتقديم العطاءات (tenders) بالتنسيق مع مدير العطاءات.
- الابتكار والتغيير: تنفيذ مبادرات وأدوات مبتكرة في مجال الوصول والشؤون العامة (MAPA).
- المساهمة في استراتيجيات تسعير العلامات التجارية (20%) من خلال توطين استراتيجية التسعير العالمية وضمان الامتثال لحوكمة التسعير.
- المساهمة في التخطيط المالي عبر توقعات تسعير دقيقة وضمان الالتزام بممرات التسعير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية (يفضل في العلوم الصيدلانية أو الاجتماعية).
- يفضل درجة دراسات عليا في HEOR (خارجي).
- حد أدنى 3 سنوات خبرة في صناعة الأدوية أو ما يعادلها (داخلي).
- حد أدنى 5 سنوات خبرة في صناعة الأدوية وسنتين في منصب وصول إلى السوق (خارجي).
- فهم عميق لنظام الرعاية الصحية وسداد التكاليف في منطقة الأعمال/البلد.
- خبرة قوية في صناعة الأدوية وأسواق معقدة ومتطورة.
- مهارات تخطيط استراتيجي قوية ومهارات تنفيذ استراتيجي.
- مهارات حل المشكلات المعقدة.
- معرفة بأنظمة وإجراءات العطاءات والتسعير الداخلية.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على شراكات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة (أعضاء لجان الشراء، الصيادلة، المالية، التوريد، إلخ).
- جمع معلومات السوق لتقييم تأثيرها على عمليات Takeda واقتراح خطط عمل.
- الإشراف على دورة الطلب للحسابات لجميع منتجات المحفظة للعطاءات المحلية.
- تقييم وتخفيف المخاطر على الأعمال (تخفيضات الأسعار، تهديد المنافسين، بدائل التوريد).
- خبرة في مجال العطاءات/أعمال المستشفيات (سوق الأدوية فقط).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإجراء مفاوضات فعالة لتحقيق حلول مربحة.
- السفر مطلوب بنسبة 20% تقريباً من الوقت.

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for Market Access and will be leading, engaging & supporting key local influencers and decision makers to ensure formulary access and preference status of Takeda portfolio
- Support achievement of formulary access and preference status of Takeda portfolio
- Support the achievement of win-win agreements with relevant customers to ensure TAKEDA portfolio is well-positioned from access perspective
- Support regional business plans
- Coordinate, manage and support activities with regional stakeholders (incl. health authorities) which are aligned with strategy and contribute to obtaining, depending or optimising market access for Takeda’s portfolio
- Represent the company’s strategic policies and guidelines, working in synergy with the other Field Force colleagues and other company departments
- Monitor and document regional market access status, events and trends and use information to identify risks and/or opportunities and propose response actions
- Contribute to stakeholder perception of Takeda as a leader in care and a financially, socially and environmentally responsible company
- Ensure full compliance with business ethics and quality systems and procedures
- responsible for maximizing opportunities in tender channel supporting commercial lead with submissions
- Development and execution of effective business model to support future growth including pricing, forecasting and budgeting

Developing local access strategies and implementing brand access tactics 30%
- Localize global market access strategies
- Develop relevant market access tools including but not limited to value story, economic models, value dossier, MEA framework
- Support achievement of formulary access and preference status of Takeda portfolio
- Support the achievement of win-win agreements with relevant customers to ensure TAKEDA portfolio introduction with the best possible profit and sales growth conditions
- Support regional business plans
- Coordinate, manage and support activities with regional stakeholders (incl. health authorities) which are aligned with strategy and contribute to obtaining, defending or optimising market access for Takeda’s portfolio
Independently and by supporting colleagues internally, the role will seek to
- Gain influence among payers and other key decision makers
- Contribute effectively in external meetings, conferences and relevant Takeda meetings (local, national or regional level)
- Represent the company’s strategic policies and guidelines, working in synergy with the other Field Force colleagues and other company departments
- Monitor and document regional market access status, events and trends (incl. competitor market access). Use information to identify risks and/or opportunities and propose response actions
- Customer relationships management including contract management and customer order processing.
- Contribute and support tender manager with the development and tender submissions.
- A high degree of innovation is a must, as market access and public affairs are rapidly evolving disciplines, with substantial business impact
- Execute tasks and activities to secure formulary access and preference status of Takeda portfolio
- Develop and implement innovative MAPA initiatives and tools (incl. best-practice sharing to improve business across affiliate, business area and region
- Localize global pricing strategy to local setting
- Ensure full compliance with relevant pricing governance
- Contribute to financial planning via accurate pricing forecasting
- Ensure adherence to pricing corridors
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Educational Qualification:
- University Degree (preferably in Pharmaceutical or Social Sciences) (Internal)
- Preferred post grad degree in HEOR (external)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry and 2 years holding market access position (external)
- Deep understanding of Business Area/Country healthcare and reimbursement system
- Solid experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Solid industry experience in complex & sophisticated markets
- Strong strategic planning and strategy execution skills
- Complexity and Problem Solving skill
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate product and environment knowledge and develop understanding on internal Tenders’ and Pricing systems and procedures
- Support pre-launch and launch pricing activities of new products as and when needed
- Execute business related actions in line with the industry code of ethics and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level i.e. purchasing committee members, pharmacists, finance department, supply department, hospital store managers in-order to position Takeda as a strategic partner
- Gather market intelligence data in-order to assess impact on Takeda operations and suggest timely action plan
- Oversee the account’s ordering cycle for all portfolio products for local purchasing and tenders in-order to ensure optimal market penetration
- Assess and mitigate risks on business in terms of price cuts, competitors’ threat and alternative source of supply
- Commercial acumen and tender legislation knowledge
- Experience in tender / hospital business (Pharma market only)
- Excellent communication skills able to conduct effective negotiations to ensure win-win solutions
- Travel required approximately 20% of time
