المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) التي تدعم العمليات التجارية، وتكامل الأنظمة، والتطبيقات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- بناء وإدارة التكاملات بين الأنظمة الداخلية والمنصات الخارجية وSalesforce وREST APIs وخدمات الطرف الثالث.
- تصميم وتنفيذ تكاملات وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي القادرة على التفاعل مع APIs وقواعد البيانات وتطبيقات المؤسسات وسير العمل التجاري.
- تطوير سير العمل والعمليات الآلية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي باستخدام LLMs ووكلاء AI وأدوات استدعاء الدوال والتكاملات القائمة على API.
- العمل مباشرة مع العملاء لجمع المتطلبات وفهم الاحتياجات التجارية وتقديم حلول تقنية فعّالة.
- نشر ومراقبة وتحليل المشكلات ودعم حلول التكامل التي تعمل في بيئات AWS.
- تحسين التكاملات من حيث الموثوقية وقابلية التوسع والأداء مع تحديد وحل المشكلات التقنية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وتقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمطورين المبتدئين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات.
- خبرة قوية في تصميم وتطوير ودمج واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) مع سجل مثبت في ربط الأنظمة والخدمات المعقدة.
- خبرة عملية في خدمات AWS مثل API Gateway وLambda وECS وRDS وSQS أو خدمات سحابية مماثلة.
- كفاءة عالية في Python وخبرة في بناء تطبيقات وتكاملات بجودة إنتاجية.
- خبرة في تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وLLMs، بما في ذلك وكلاء AI والتطبيقات القادرة على استرجاع المعلومات، واستدعاء APIs أو الأدوات، واتخاذ القرارات، وتنفيذ سير عمل متعدد الخطوات.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-quality applications and integrations.
- Experience with AI and LLM technologies, including AI agents and applications that can retrieve information, invoke APIs or tools, make decisions, and execute multi-step workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed integrations.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and services such as SQS and SNS is a plus.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, is a plus.
