تسعى Ipsen، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الأدوية المبتكرة، إلى تعيين أخصائي منتجات في الأورام (Product Specialist, Oncology) للعمل في الرياض، المنطقة الوسطى، ضمن فريق العمليات الميدانية في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن دفع محفظة الأورام وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم معلومات طبية ومنتجات دقيقة وعالية الجودة لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية، ودعم الاستخدام المناسب والأخلاقي لأدوية Ipsen.
- بناء علاقات قوية وموثوقة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة في المنطقة الوسطى.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط عمل إقليمية تتماشى مع الأولويات الوطنية والإقليمية.
- تحديد الفرص والعوائق أمام النمو، وترجمة رؤى السوق والعملاء إلى إجراءات فعالة.
- مراقبة أداء المنتج، وتوافر المخزون، والاستهلاك عبر الحسابات الرئيسية.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة ميدانية عالية الجودة، ومشاركات العملاء، والفعاليات المهنية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الشؤون الطبية والفرق متعددة الوظائف لدعم أهداف العمل واحتياجات المرضى.
- الحفاظ على إدارة إقليمية منضبطة وإعداد تقارير دقيقة في نظام CRM.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الصيدلة.
- خبرة سابقة في منتجات الرعاية التخصصية (Specialty Care Products) - شرط أساسي.
- خبرة سابقة في دور تجاري في قطاع الأدوية - يُفضل.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على ترجمة رؤى الأداء إلى إجراءات عملية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة، وقدرة على التأثير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- عقلية تركز على العميل والمريض، مع التزام بالتميز في التنفيذ.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في دور ميداني يتطلب السفر.

What You Will Do
- Deliver accurate, high-quality medical and product information to healthcare professionals, supporting the appropriate and ethical use of Ipsen medicines.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Central Region.
- Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
- Identify opportunities and barriers to growth, translating market and customer insights into effective actions.
- Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.
- Plan and execute high-quality field activities, customer engagements and professional events.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.
- Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
- Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
- Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance insights into action.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- A customer and patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to excellence in execution.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to operate effectively in a field-based role with travel requirements.
