المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين: بناء علاقات قوية مع جميع الأطراف المعنية في البنك وفريق العمليات الداخلي، وفهم آلية عمل البنك وتحديد العقبات، وإقامة علاقة عمل ممتازة مع فرق العمل المتعددة داخل EPOS، وفهم اللوائح ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بلوائح البنك المركزي السعودي (SAMA)، واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA)، وقواعد العلامة التجارية MADA المتعلقة بأعمال POS.
- معرفة عمليات التسوية والتسويات المالية (settlement and reconciliation).
- ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة تقع ضمن القواعد التنظيمية المحددة.
- أن تكون خبيراً في الحساب المسؤول: فهم العقود والمسؤوليات التعاقدية بعمق، والحفاظ على سجل التفاعلات والتقارير بشكل منظم على الحاسب.
- إدارة الخط: ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة، وخلق جو عمل إيجابي وصحي، والمحافظة على ساعات العمل المكتبية، وتعزيز ثقافة "ملكية الحساب".
- أداء المهام اليومية بنزاهة وجودة، والمسؤولية عن التفاعلات الكلية مع البنك، وعن قبول التاجر (عملية الموافقة الإدارية)، وإدارة الأجهزة وملف التاجر.
- كونك نقطة الاتصال الوحيدة لموفر POS وضمان إتمام طلبات التركيب والصيانة ضمن SLA.
- ضمان تسوية حساب التاجر والتسويات المالية، وتقديم خدمة استثنائية ومستمرة للعملاء المميزين (VIP) في جميع الأوقات.
- ترتيب تحديثات يومية متعلقة بـ POS لنشر تقرير دقيق وواضح للبنك أو الفرق الداخلية، ومعالجة التعديلات أو التغييرات على بيانات التاجر الحالية.
- صيانة المعلومات التاريخية للتجار، وإعداد تقارير SLA الخاصة بـ SAMA مع موفري POS والمسؤولية عن تقديمها للبنك المركزي.
- معالجة طلبات رد المبالغ (Chargeback) والمطالبات والنزاعات، والتنسيق للحصول على المستندات الداعمة اللازمة للبنك المعني وضمان إغلاق الحالات.
- صيانة ومراقبة المخزون، وضمان تحديث نظام الفوترة للفوترة المالية، والتحقق من الفواتير قبل تقديمها للبنوك، وإبراز التناقضات لإدارة المالية واتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي.
- الاستجابة السريعة للبريد الإلكتروني والمتابعة المناسبة مع الأطراف المعنية، ومراقبة أداء الموردين وإعداد التقارير الإدارية.
- تقرير الصيانة/التركيب اليومي - دقة البيانات وتكرارها وفقاً لاتفاقية البنك، وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة (POS SLA / MADA branding / Active-Inactive / Segmentation / Stock reports).
- إنشاء نسخة احتياطية مناسبة للتعامل مع التقارير المذكورة في حالة الغياب أو الإجازة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، القانون أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة كموظف عمليات أو موظف حسابات.
- المعرفة المصرفية وإطار العمل التنظيمي للبنك المركزي السعودي (SAMA) - إلزامية.
- المعرفة القوية بالامتثال التنظيمي في المملكة العربية السعودية للخدمات المالية والدفع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بـ TMS (نظام إدارة الأجهزة - SAMA).
- خبرة ممتازة في Excel وأدوات Microsoft الأخرى.
- مبادرة ذاتية ومجتهد.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية) باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل عبر مجموعات وظيفية متعددة وعلى عدة مبادرات في وقت واحد.

What Will You Do❓
- Develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers:
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders within the bank and within the internal operations team.
- Understand the inner workings of the bank and identify obstacle.
- Develop an excellent working relationship with all cross-functional team within EPOS.
- Understand the regulations.
- Be knowledgeable on SAMA regulations, SLA’s and MADA branding rules related to POS business.
- Knowledge of settlement and reconciliation.
- Ensure that all activities are within the regulatory defined rules.
- Become an SME for your account:
- Develop a firm understanding of contracts and contractual responsibilities.
- Maintain history of engagement and reports in a well-organized format on PC.
- Line Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a positive and healthy work atmosphere.
- Maintain office working hours.
- Develop and maintain “Account ownership” culture.
- Perform daily function with integrity and quality.
- Responsible for overall engagements with the bank.
- Responsible for merchant onboarding (administration approval process).
- Responsible for terminal management and merchant profiling.
- Single point of contact of POS vendor and ensure to accomplish installation and maintenance request within SLA.
- Ensure merchant account settlement and reconciliation.
- Ensure VIP customers receive continuous and exceptional service at all times.
- Ensure to arrange daily POS related updates to publish an accurate and clear report for the bank or internal teams.
- Process amendments or changes to the existing merchant credentials.
- Maintain historical merchant information.
- Preparation of SAMA SLA reports with POS vendors and responsible for submission to SAMA.
- Process Chargeback, Claim and dispute request, and coordination to obtain the needed supportive document to the respective bank and ensure closure of cases.
- Maintain & Control stock inventory.
- Ensure to update the billing system for financial billing.
- Validate invoices prior to submission to the banks.
- Highlight discrepancies to finance dept. and ensure corrective action taken.
- Prompt response to emails and establish proper follow up with stakeholders.
- Monitor and control vendor performance and management Reporting.
- Daily Maintenance/Installation report - Data accuracy and frequency maintain as per the bank agreement.
- Preparation of mandate reports (POS SLA/MADA branding/Active- Inactive/Segmentation/ Stock reports).
- Create proper backup to handle the above report in case of absence or vacation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or any relevant degree.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Operations Officer / Accounts Officer.
- Acquiring banking knowledge and SAMA regulatory framework is a must.
- Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services.
- Knowledgeable in TMS (Terminal Management System - SAMA).
- Expert in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Self-driven and hardworking.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in English and Arabic.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
