تعلن شركة Foodics، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال إدارة المطاعم وتقنيات الدفع، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (BCM Officer) في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ وصيانة أطر إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (BCM) واستعادة تكنولوجيا المعلومات بعد الكوارث (IT Disaster Recovery - DR).
- التنسيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات للمساهمة في تخطيط واختبار وتنفيذ استعادة الكوارث (DR).
- المساعدة في إجراء تحليل أثر الأعمال (Business Impact Analysis - BIA) وتقييم المخاطر عبر وظائف الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات.
- مراقبة ومتابعة خطط العمل الخاصة بـ BCM و DR وضمان إغلاقها في الوقت المحدد وتقديم التقارير للإدارة.
- دعم تطوير ومراجعة وصيانة وثائق خطط استمرارية الأعمال (BCP) واستعادة الكوارث (DR)، بما في ذلك استراتيجيات وإجراءات التعافي.
- المشاركة في اختبارات وتمارين ومحاكاة BCM و DR، ودعم مراجعات ما بعد الاختبار وإجراءات التحسين.
- التواصل مع الأطراف الداخلية لضمان فهم متطلبات BCM و DR وتنفيذها بوضوح.
- دعم المتطلبات التنظيمية والتدقيق والتقييمات الداخلية المتعلقة بـ BCM ومرونة تقنية المعلومات.
- إعداد تقارير ولوحات بيانات ومقاييس BCM و DR لتقارير الإدارة واللجان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (BCM) أو استعادة تكنولوجيا المعلومات بعد الكوارث (IT Disaster Recovery) أو مخاطر/مرونة تقنية المعلومات.
- فهم قوي لتقنيات استعادة الكوارث (DR) والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات ومفاهيم استعادة التطبيقات.
- معرفة جيدة بأنشطة دورة حياة إدارة استمرارية الأعمال بما في ذلك تحليل أثر الأعمال (BIA) وتقييم المخاطر وتطوير الاستراتيجيات والاختبار.
- إلمام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة (مثل SAMA) المتعلقة بـ BCM و DR ومرونة العمليات.
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام أدوات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التطور وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة قوية).

and recover from disruptions by coordinating DR activities, supporting BCM lifecycle processes,
and working closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
- Coordinate and support DR planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with IT and technology teams.
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
- Monitor and track BCM and DR action plans, ensuring timely closure and reporting to management.
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of BCP and DR documentation, including recovery strategies and procedures.
- Participate in BCM and DR tests, exercises, and simulations, and support post-test
- reviews and improvement actions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure BCM and DR requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support regulatory, audit, and internal assessment requirements related to BCM and IT resilience.
- Prepare BCM and DR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management and committee reporting.
- 2+ Years of experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk/Resilience roles.
- Strong understanding of DR technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery concepts.
- Good knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities including BIA, risk assessment, strategy development, and testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA) related to BCM, DR, and operational resilience.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Important note: This role is not open to fresh graduates and requires hands-on experience in BCM and IT/DR domains.
