Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a CRM & AI Automation Specialist. The specialist will configure, maintain, and optimize CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer service workflows, ensuring data quality and accurate customer records. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-driven automation workflows (such as lead scoring, follow-up sequences, and customer segmentation), integrating CRM with other business systems, and monitoring performance dashboards and reports. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and provide training and support to users on CRM and automation tools. The specialist will also identify opportunities for process improvement, support troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to data privacy and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong CRM administration and configuration skills, including pipeline setup, user management, and data management.
• Candidates should possess experience with AI-driven automation tools, workflow design, and process optimization for sales and marketing operations.
• Candidates should possess data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to create dashboards, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and basic troubleshooting for connected business applications.
• Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with customer lifecycle management in B2B environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
