تعلن شركة Parsons عن توفر وظيفة Cybersecurity Specialist (سعودي الجنسية) في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة عمليات الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة معلومات المشروع والتطبيقات التجارية، بما في ذلك إدارة الحسابات، والكشف الإلكتروني، والاستجابة للحوادث، والامتثال للسياسات، وتنفيذ تقنيات الأمن.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال فنية رئيسية مع الموردين والمقاولين لتطوير حلول الأمن السيبراني وتقديم التوصيات لإدارة المشروع.
  • تطوير وصيانة ومراجعة الجوانب الفنية والتحليلية لأنظمة وضوابط الأمن السيبراني.
  • الحفاظ على سرية وسلامة وتوفر أجهزة العمل والخوادم والتطبيقات والشبكات من خلال إدارة الحسابات الفعالة، وتحصين الأنظمة، وتحديثات البرامج.

  • قيادة ودعم التحقيقات المتعلقة بحوادث الأمن السيبراني والمساهمة في مبادرات تحسين الأمن السيبراني.
  • إجراء تقييمات الثغرات والإشراف على تنفيذ الضوابط والإجراءات الوقائية الأمنية.
  • العمل كممثل للأمن السيبراني في فرق المشروع والمراجعات الفنية واللجان الداخلية.
  • تقديم الإشراف والتوجيه لفرق البنية التحتية والخادم/العميل فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات ومعايير وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني.
  • مراقبة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة.
  • دعم الامتثال لمتطلبات الأمن السيبراني الخاصة بالمشروع والعميل والجهات التنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً متراكمة في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو بيئات تقنية ذات صلة.
  • خبرة قوية في عمليات الأمن السيبراني، والاستجابة للحوادث، وإدارة الثغرات، وإدارة الأمن.
  • معرفة بتقنيات الشبكات بما في ذلك MPLS وVPN والشبكات اللاسلكية.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ أمن المعلومات بما في ذلك تقنيات الجدران النارية، والتحكم في الوصول، والمصادقة، والتوقيعات الرقمية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cybersecurity Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage cybersecurity operations for project information systems and business applications, including account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, policy compliance, and security technology implementation.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact with vendors and suppliers to develop cybersecurity solutions and provide recommendations to project management.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit the technical and analytical aspects of cybersecurity systems and controls.
  • Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of workstations, servers, applications, and networks through effective account management, system hardening, and software updates.
  • Support the secure operation of security technologies and ensure the protection of sensitive information through the application of cybersecurity best practices and cryptographic principles.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities that may impact corporate or client information assets.
  • Provide cybersecurity support, guidance, training, and incident recovery assistance to end users and project teams.
  • Lead and support investigations related to cybersecurity incidents and contribute to cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and oversee the implementation of security controls and protective measures.
  • Serve as a cybersecurity representative on project teams, technical reviews, and internal committees.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to infrastructure and client/server teams on cybersecurity requirements, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor cybersecurity risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support compliance with project, client, and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT infrastructure, or related technology environments.
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security administration.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, including MPLS, VPN, and wireless networking.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, including firewall technologies, access control, authentication, and digital signatures.
  • Experience with domain structures, identity management, and user authentication systems.
  • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and related cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Ability to evaluate existing security controls and develop remediation plans to address identified risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate security incidents and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, or government projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies, security monitoring tools, and enterprise security solutions.
