شركة DTEX، الرائدة في مجال الأمن التكيفي للمخاطر، تبحث عن محلل مخاطر داخلية (i3 Insider Risk Analyst) للعمل في موقعها بالدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتطلب هذا الدور العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون مع العملاء لتحليل بيانات النشاط وتحديد التهديدات المحتملة. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادراً على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق، مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وتحقيق التوقعات. كما يتطلب الوظيفة devotion لخدمة العملاء وإرضائهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل بيانات نشاط العملاء لتحديد الأحداث والسلوكيات والأنماط المتعلقة بالتهديدات الحالية أو المحتملة.
- التنسيق مع العملاء لتحديد مجالات الاهتمام والقلق المحددة للتركيز عليها في التحقيقات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير باستخدام المقاييس والتصورات البيانية لتوصيل الاكتشافات إلى العملاء بفعالية.
- تطوير توصيات لمعالجة وعلاج اكتشافات التهديدات، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات استباقية لتعزيز بيئة آمنة للعملاء.
- بناء وضمان الثقة مع العملاء من خلال الحفاظ على الخصوصية والسرية والموضوعية في جميع التفاعلات مع العملاء وبياناتهم.
- تحسين وتحديث الملفات الشخصية الحالية، وتطوير حالات استخدام وخوارزميات جديدة لإصدارات حزمة الاستخبارات.
- تقديم الدعم من المستوى الأول والثاني للعملاء عند الحاجة، لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها واستخدام منصة DTEX البرمجية.
- التنسيق مع الموارد الهندسية لدعم المستوى الثالث لحلول DTEX للنشر الحالي للعملاء عند الحاجة.
- العمل مع الهندسة لتقديم ملاحظات بناءً على الانطباعات الشخصية وانطباعات العملاء حول خدمات DTEX، والإبلاغ عن الأخطاء والمشاكل الميدانية، وتقديم توصيات للتحسين وإضافة ميزات جديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذكاء الأعمال أو العمليات أو التحليلات.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة في التحقيقات المتعلقة بالأمن.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على تحليل المشكلات المعقدة متعددة المتغيرات واستخدام نهج منهجي للوصول إلى حل سريع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل (الكتابي والشفوي) والتقديم، داخلياً وخارجياً، مع القدرة على إيصال النتائج لجميع مستويات الإدارة بما في ذلك المديرين والرؤساء التنفيذيين.
- مهارات في تحليل سلوك المستخدمين والكيانات (UEBA) وفهم خطوط الأساس السلوكية واكتشاف الحالات الشاذة.
- تحليل مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة وتحديد الأنماط والحالات الشاذة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على الوصول إلى البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام أدوات صناعية قياسية مثل: Microsoft Excel / Power BI، Tableau، MySQL، PostgreSQL، R، MS SQL، ElasticSearch / Opensearch، Lucene، Kibana، Crystal Reports.
- خبرة في إدارة الأنظمة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والبرمجة النصية في بيئات Linux و Windows (يفضل خبرة في PowerShell أو Python).
- خبرة في الاستجابة للحوادث أو المشاركة في فرق Red/Blue/Purple team.
- شهادة Ethical Hacker معتمدة أو خبرة في اختبار الاختراق.
- خبرة في استخدام SIEM أو برامج تحليل السجلات الأخرى.
- خبرة في DLP (منع فقدان البيانات).

The successful Insider Threat Analyst must be a team player as well as an individual contributor. Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer activity data to identify current or potential threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
- Coordinate with customers to determine areas of specific interest and concern upon which to focus investigations.
- Prepare and deliver reports, using metrics and data visualizations, to effectively communicate discoveries to customer.
- Develop recommendations to address and remediate threat discoveries, and proactive measures to promote a secure customer environment.
- Establish and secure trust with clients by maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and objectivity for all interactions with the customer and their data.
- Enhancing and updating existing profiles, developing new use cases and algorithms for the intelligence package releases.
- Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers, for both troubleshooting and usage of the DTEX software platform as needed.
- Coordination with engineering resources for Tier 3 support of the DTEX solutions for existing customer deployments as needed.
- Working with engineering to provide feedback based on personal and customer impressions of DTEX services, reporting bugs and problems encountered in the field, and making recommendations for improvement and new service features.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations, or analytics. Experience in security related investigations strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
- Ability to access and analyze data using industry standard tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel / Power BI, Tableau, MySQL, PostgreSQL, R, MS SQL, ElasticSearch / Opensearch, Lucene, Kibana, Tableau, Crystal Reports).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to communicate findings to all levels of Management team to include Director and C-Suite levels.
- User Entity and Behavioral Analytics (UEBA) skills, understanding of behavioral baselines and anomaly detections. Large data set analysis and identification of patterns and anomalies.
- Experience with systems administration, troubleshooting and scripting in Linux and Windows environments (PowerShell or Python experience preferred)
- Incident Response, Red/Blue/Purple team engagement experience
- Certified Ethical Hacker or pen testing experience
- Experience with SIEM or other log analysis software
- Experience with DLP
