شركة Industry360˚، إحدى شركات التكنولوجيا المتخصصة في منصة الذكاء الصناعي الصناعي، تبحث عن مهندس تصنيع للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتحسين عمليات التصنيع لزيادة الإنتاجية والجودة والكفاءة في مصانع عملاء الشركة.
- تقييم سير العمل وتصميم وتنفيذ تحسينات على العمليات الإنتاجية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لدمج منصة الذكاء الصناعي في العمليات الحالية.
- دعم نشر أنظمة MES و IIoT والتقنيات المرتبطة بها على أرض المصنع.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية وتقديم الإرشاد للمشغلين وفرق الصيانة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء واستكشاف مشكلات التصنيع وإصلاحها.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر بما يتوافق مع أهداف العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بعمليات التصنيع وهندسة التصنيع، مع خبرة في تحسين كفاءة الإنتاج والجودة.
- خلفية في الهندسة الصناعية، تشمل تحسين سير العمل وتصميم التخطيط وتحليل الإنتاجية.
- كفاءة في مبادئ الهندسة الميكانيكية ذات الصلة بتصميم المعدات وصيانتها وموثوقيتها.
- خبرة عملية في عمليات التصنيع أو التشغيل (Machining) في بيئة مصنع.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو هندسة التصنيع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، والتعاون بفعالية مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة و IT/OT.
- الإلمام بأنظمة MES و IIoT أو الأتمتة أو أنظمة التصنيع الرقمية (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل مشكلات، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على معايير السلامة والجودة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency within Industry360˚’s client factories. Day-to-day activities include evaluating production workflows, designing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the Industrial Intelligence Platform into existing operations. The Manufacturing Engineer will support the deployment of MES, IIoT, and related technologies on the shop floor, prepare technical documentation, and provide guidance to operators and maintenance teams. The role also involves troubleshooting manufacturing issues, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering, with experience improving production efficiency and quality.
- Background in Industrial Engineering, including workflow optimization, layout design, and productivity analysis.
- Competence in Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to equipment design, maintenance, and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Machining or similar fabrication processes in a factory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and collaborate effectively with production, maintenance, and IT/OT teams.
- Familiarity with MES, IIoT, automation, or digital manufacturing systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
