تعلن شركة INDUSTRY360˚ عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تقنية معلومات (Information Technology Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المهندس مسؤولية صيانة ودعم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات التي تدعم منصة الذكاء الصناعي للشركة. تشمل المهام اليومية مراقبة وإدارة الشبكات والأنظمة، تشخيص وحل المشكلات الفنية، وضمان اتصال آمن وموثوق بين بيئات تقنية المعلومات والتقنية التشغيلية (IT/OT). سيعمل المهندس عن كثب مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء لتقديم الدعم الفني وتنفيذ أفضل ممارسات أمن الشبكات والمساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة وتكويناتها وتحسين الأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة ودعم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات
- مراقبة وإدارة الشبكات والأنظمة
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان اتصال آمن بين بيئات IT/OT
- تقديم الدعم الفني للفرق الداخلية والعملاء
- تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات أمن الشبكات
- المساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة وتكويناتها وتحسين الأداء
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في تقنية المعلومات والدعم الفني تشمل الخبرة في الأجهزة والبرمجيات وإدارة الأنظمة
- مهارات شبكات متينة تتضمن تكوين وصيانة أجهزة التوجيه والمحولات وخدمات الشبكة
- مهارات في أمن الشبكات تشمل تطبيق سياسات الأمن ومراقبة التهديدات وإدارة جدران الحماية وضوابط الوصول
- مهارات فعالة في استكشاف الأخطاء وتشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة ومشكلات الاتصال
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية مكافئة
- الإلمام بالبيئات الصناعية أو تكامل IT/OT أو تقنيات IIoT يعتبر ميزة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، دقة في التفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل التعاوني في بيئة موقعية سريعة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفيدة

Role Description The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure that underpins Industry360˚’s Industrial Intelligence Platform. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and managing networks and systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity between IT and OT environments. The role will involve providing technical support to internal teams and clients, implementing best practices for network security, and assisting with system upgrades, configurations, and performance optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills, including experience with hardware, software, and system administration.
- Candidates should possess solid Networking skills, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and network services.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing security policies, monitoring threats, and managing firewalls and access controls.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical and connectivity issues.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with industrial environments, IT/OT integration, or IIoT technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
