تعلن الاتصالات السعودية عن توفر وظيفة محلل عمليات الشبكات (Network Operations Analyst) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- إدارة وصيانة عمليات التبديل (Switching Operations) وضمان أدائها بكفاءة عالية على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وصيانة عمليات التبديل لضمان توفر الشبكة بنسبة 100%
- تركيب المفاتيح المركزية والبعيدة حسب الطلبات الواردة
- إدارة وصيانة المفاتيح المركزية والبعيدة وضمان جاهزيتها على مدار الساعة
- إدارة وصيانة عمليات المفاتيح لضمان فعاليتها في حالات الطوارئ
- تقليل شكاوى المفاتيح من خلال تحسين حل شكاوى العملاء وصولاً إلى صفر شكاوى
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة
- خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع العملاء ذوي الأولوية أو الإشراف على العائلة المالكة، ويفضل في قطاع الاتصالات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو هندسة الاتصالات
- شهادات مهنية (Certifications)

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for managing and maintaining switching operations, the job holder also responsible to ensure switches and other services operations are performed in a highly sensible manner and on 24/7 basis . The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

- Ensures the installation of central and remote switches as per the request received
- Manages and maintain the central and remote switches and ensure its readiness by 24/7
- Manages and maintain the operations of the central and remote switches to serve efficiently in emergency situations
- Ensures reduction in Switches complaints by improving the resolution of customer complaints up-to zero complaints
