شركة Tangent International تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس دعم تكامل متقدم للوسيطة BSS (L2 Middleware / BSS Integration Support Engineer) في الرياض، للعمل ضمن بيئة اتصالات مدارة لضمان التوفر العالي والأداء والموثوقية لمنصات التكامل.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • نبحث عن مهندس دعم L2 لمنصات الوسيطة والتكامل التي تربط تطبيقات BSS الحيوية، مع التركيز على ضمان استمرارية الخدمة والأداء العالي في بيئة اتصالات مدارة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دعم L2 لمنصات الوسيطة و ESB و API والرسائل.
  • دعم Software AG WebMethods Integration Server و API Gateway وسير عمل BPMN.
  • مراقبة قوائم الرسائل والمواضيع والإنتاجية وتأخير المستهلك وأخطاء التكامل.
  • استكشاف مشاكل تراكم الرسائل والرسائل السامة ومشاكل الاتصال وفشل التكامل.
  • التحقيق في مشاكل التكامل عبر أنظمة CRM والفوترة وإدارة الطلبات والوساطة والتفعيل.
  • إدارة قواعد التوجيه وقوائم/مواضيع الرسائل والتحويلات وإعدادات API.
  • دعم آليات العنقود والتوفر العالي والفشل.
  • تنفيذ التصحيحات والترقيات للوسيطة.
  • استكشاف أخطاء REST و SOAP APIs.
  • التنسيق مع دعم L3 والبائع للحوادث المعقدة.
  • صيانة توثيق الوسيطة والرسومات المعمارية وأدلة التشغيل.
  • مراقبة ورفع تقارير مؤشرات أداء الوسيطة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة وتكامل الوسيطة.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة أساسية بـ ITIL في إدارة الحوادث والتغيير.

المهارات المطلوبة

خبرة قوية في Software AG WebMethods (Integration Server, API Gateway, ESB). خبرة مع IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ أو ActiveMQ. استكشاف أخطاء REST و SOAP APIs. معرفة بلغة Java, XML و XSLT. خبرة في تكامل BSS للاتصالات. فهم أنماط Pub/Sub و Request-Reply و Routing و Transformation. المهارات الإضافية المرغوبة (يفضل): خبرة في Ericsson BSS (EOC, ECM, Billing, Mediation, Dynamic Activation). معرفة بـ TMF620/TMF637 APIs. خبرة في IBM Integration Bus, Red Hat Fuse أو Oracle Service Bus. خبرة بـ JBoss EAP, WildFly أو WebLogic. خبرة في سير عمل BPMN. خبرة في مراقبة ELK.

L2 Middleware / BSS Integration Support Engineer - Riyadh


We are looking for an experienced L2 Middleware / BSS Integration Support Engineer to join a telecom BSS managed services environment in Riyadh.


The successful candidate will provide L2 operational support for the middleware and integration platforms connecting critical BSS applications, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability.


Responsibilities


  • Provide L2 support for middleware, ESB, API and messaging platforms.
  • Support Software AG WebMethods Integration Server, API Gateway and BPMN workflows.
  • Monitor message queues, topics, throughput, consumer lag and integration errors.
  • Troubleshoot queue backlogs, poison messages, connection issues and integration failures.
  • Investigate integration issues across CRM, Billing, Order Management, Mediation and Activation.
  • Manage routing rules, queues/topics, transformations and API configurations.
  • Support clustering, HA and failover mechanisms.
  • Perform middleware patching and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Coordinate complex incidents with L3 and vendor support.
  • Maintain middleware documentation, architecture diagrams and run-books.
  • Monitor and report middleware performance KPIs.


Required Skills


  • 5-8 years' middleware administration and integration experience.
  • Strong Software AG WebMethods experience.
  • Integration Server / API Gateway / ESB knowledge.
  • Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
  • REST and SOAP API troubleshooting.
  • Java, XML and XSLT knowledge.
  • Telecom BSS integration experience.
  • Understanding of pub/sub, request-reply, routing and transformation patterns.
  • ITIL incident and change management awareness.
  • Strong English communication skills.


Nice to Have


  • Ericsson BSS experience.
  • Ericsson EOC, ECM, Billing, Mediation or Dynamic Activation.
  • TMF620 / TMF637 APIs.
  • IBM Integration Bus, Red Hat Fuse or Oracle Service Bus.
  • JBoss EAP, WildFly or WebLogic.
  • BPMN workflow experience.
  • ELK monitoring.
