Role Summary: To manage the Poultry Rendering Plant Operations by implementing and monitoring processes, overseeing routine operations and maintenance of all rendering equipment’s/systems, organizing, coordinating and allocating of resources to best effect.

Job Requirements:

• To hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in rendering production, process design, the operation and maintenance of rendering plant and equipment in Meat/Poultry/Fish.
• Experience in Boiler and Thermal Oxidizer.
• A sound knowledge of troubleshooting of Rendering Plant Process and its operation for producing uniform final products from the raw material received.
• Sound experience with various equipment and products produced in a rendering plant against the raw material from poultry processing plant. 
• Self-confident and good decision maker.
• Proactive and innovative.
