الاتصالات السعودية تبحث عن محلل تمكين البيانات والمنصات (Data Enablement & Platforms Analyst) في الرياض، حيث يهدف الدور إلى دعم تشغيل أنظمة توزيع التكاليف والتنسيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم ضمان تشغيل أنظمة توزيع التكاليف وملاءمتها لأغراض عملية توزيع التكاليف بالتنسيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات (بما في ذلك تخزين أجهزة النظام وغيرها)، والعمل مع فريق تصميم التكاليف لتحديد المتطلبات وطلبات التغيير لعكس التغييرات في نماذج التوزيع على النظام.
- دعم إدارة التنسيق مع فريق تقنية المعلومات المؤسسي لتنفيذ واختبار الجودة للتغييرات والتحديثات المطلوبة لمنطق التوزيع.
- دعم الاحتفاظ بسجل تاريخي ووثائق لجميع طلبات تغيير النظام ذات الصلة لأغراض التدقيق والتعقب.
- دعم إدارة عملية تحميل المدخلات المحدثة في النظام بالتعاون مع فريق الحصول على البيانات.
- دعم إجراء دورات توزيع التكاليف المنتظمة على النظام وضمان التسليم وفقًا للجداول الزمنية للنشر.
- دعم ضمان توفر ووضوح البيانات الناتجة عن عملية التكاليف لأغراض التقارير والتحليل على منصات مختلفة، مثل قواعد البيانات المرحلية وقواعد البيانات للنشر والملفات المسطحة.
- دعم إدارة التنسيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات المؤسسية لضمان أمان البيانات والالتزام بممارسات الأمان الداخلية المقررة.
- دعم فرق إدارة الربحية في تطوير وإدخال وتنفيذ أدوات تقنية المعلومات لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها وإعداد التقارير.
- دعم فرق إدارة الربحية في التعامل مع مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة والمعقدة.
- دعم تقديم الخبرة في مجال تقنية المعلومات وتقديم وجهات النظر بشأن اختيار وإدخال المنصات والمنهجيات والعمليات التقنية.
- دعم العمل كنقطة اتصال مع تقنية المعلومات المؤسسية في جميع التفاعلات، بما في ذلك مراقبة المشاريع الحرجة المتعلقة بإدارة الربحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في مجال تمكين البيانات والمنصات (Data Enablement & Platforms)، وتحديدًا في وظائف الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية.
- شهادات إضافية (مذكورة).

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for support Ensuring the cost allocation systems are operational and fit for the purposes of the cost allocation process in coordination with IT teams which include (System hardware storage, etc), and works with costing design team to define the requirements and change requests for reflecting changes in the allocation models on the system. And to Conduct regular cost allocation cycles on the system ensuring delivery as per publication timelines. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility
- Supports ensuring the cost allocation systems are operational and fit for the purposes of the cost allocation process in coordination with IT teams which include (System hardware storage, etc), and works with costing design team to define the requirements and change requests for reflecting changes in the allocation models on the systems.
- Supports managing the coordination with corporate IT team to implement quality-test the required changes and updates to the allocation logic.
- Supports maintaining historical log and documents of all relevant system change requests for purposes of audit and traceability.
- Supports managing the process of loading the updated inputs in the system in collaboration with the data acquisition team.
- Supports conducting regular cost allocation cycles on the system ensuring delivery as per publication timelines.
- Supports ensuring the output data from the costing process is available and visible for the purposes of reporting and analysis on different platforms, e.g. staging databases, publication databases, flat files (cubes), etc.
- Supports managing the coordination with corporate IT teams to ensure the security of the data and adheres to the established internal security practices.
- Supports the Profitability Management teams in developing, introducing and implementing IT tools for data processing, analysis and reporting.
- Supports the Profitability Management teams in working with large and complex data sets.
- Supports providing IT expert support and point of view on selection and introduction of IT platforms, methodologies and processes.
- Supports acting as point of contact with corporate IT on all interactions - including monitoring critical projects related to Profitability Management.
