Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AD & Messaging Engineer (L2/L3) to manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and file/DFS services. The role will provide advanced technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements across the Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, organizational units, permissions, and policies.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) configurations.
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
• Support Microsoft PKI, certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 messaging and identity services.
• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and mail flow.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, and messaging-related issues.
• Manage Windows file servers and DFS/DFS-R environments.
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support Microsoft infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
• Implement security and hardening recommendations across Microsoft infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Support major incidents and provide technical escalation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, cloud, service desk, and application teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration/engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• DNS/DHCP
• Windows Server
• PKI
• Exchange
• Microsoft 365
• File Services / DFS
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, access control, and Windows security.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise environments with multiple domains/sites is an advantage.

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Windows Server certification
• Relevant Microsoft infrastructure certifications
