بصفتك مسؤولاً علمياً في مجال السكري المناعي الذاتي من النوع الأول (AT1D) ضمن فريق الأدوية العامة، ستقوم ببناء شراكات موثوقة مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والمؤسسات، وتحفيز التبادل العلمي الهادف في مجال السكري المناعي الذاتي المتطور بسرعة. انضم إلى الفريق الذي يعيد تشكيل تقديم الرعاية الصحية للأمراض المزمنة والتخصصية عالمياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التفاعل الاستباقي مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية وأصحاب الرأي الرئيسيين والمؤسسات لمشاركة معلومات علمية متوازنة وعالية الجودة حول AT1D، بما في ذلك مراحل المرض والفحص والتشخيص وأساليب العلاج المعدلة للمرض.
- تخطيط وتيسير الاجتماعات العلمية المحلية واجتماعات طاقم المستشفى والندوات عبر الإنترنت وغيرها من أنشطة التثقيف الطبي وفقاً للخطة الطبية القطرية وخطة إشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط فردية لإشراك أصحاب المصلحة تتماشى مع الاحتياجات العلمية المحددة والخطة الطبية لـ AT1D.
- توليد رؤى عالية القيمة وقابلة للتنفيذ حول الاحتياجات الطبية غير الملباة وتحديد المرضى وعوائق العلاج وفجوات الأدلة، واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- الرد على الطلبات غير المرغوب فيها للمعلومات الطبية ودعم الباحثين في تقديم أبحاث المحققين المستقلة (IIR) وأنشطة المجالس الاستشارية المحلية.
- التعاون عبر الوظائف مع فرق الطب والأدلة الواقعية وتقييم القيمة الصحية والتيقظ الدوائي والمعلومات الطبية والوصول إلى السوق والتسويق، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات الشركة والصناعة والجهات التنظيمية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتفاعلات العملاء من خلال أدوات CRM لدعم إعداد التقارير وتوليد الرؤى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة MD أو بكالوريوس صيدلة أو مؤهل علمي في الدراسات العليا.
- خبرة مثبتة في إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي في مجال طبي أو علمي؛ يفضل الخبرة في مجال AT1D أو مجال السكري/المناعة الأوسع.

Main Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and institutions to share balanced, high-quality scientific information on AT1D, including disease staging, screening, diagnosis, and disease-modifying treatment approaches.
- Plan and facilitate local scientific meetings, hospital staff meetings, webinars, and other medical education activities in line with the Country Medical Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
- Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with identified scientific needs and the AT1D Medical Plan.
- Generate high-value, actionable insights on unmet medical needs, patient identification, treatment barriers, and evidence gaps - and propose appropriate solutions.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information and support investigators in Independent Investigator Research (IIR) submissions and local advisory board activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, RWE, HEVA, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Market Access, and Commercial teams, ensuring full compliance with company, industry, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer engagements through CRM tools to support reporting and insight generation.
- Education: MD, Pharmacy degree, or postgraduate-level science qualification.
- Experience: Proven background in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning within a medical or scientific field; experience in the AT1D or broader diabetes/immunology therapeutic area is a plus.
- Technical skills: Strong scientific communication skills; familiarity with CRM tools; ability to leverage multiple channels and formats to maximize stakeholder impact.
- Soft skills: Strategic thinking, business acumen, learning agility, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset across functions and teams.
- Languages: Arabic (required); advanced spoken and written English (required).
