Role Description The MEP Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for facility management projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets. The MEP Project Engineer will conduct site inspections, verify quality of installation and maintenance activities, and support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role also involves preparing technical reports, documentation, and project updates, supporting procurement of materials and equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement of facility operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including integrated systems coordination.
• Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering skills related to HVAC, fire-fighting, and building services design and implementation.
• Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills, including power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.
• Candidates should possess Plumbing skills, including water supply, drainage, and related infrastructure for facilities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience in facility management, construction, or building services projects within similar environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office, along with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation.
