المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وظيفة إدارة الإنشاءات عبر مشاريع متعددة ومسارات عمل.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تنفيذ الإنشاءات والمنهجيات وخطط التسليم.
- الإشراف على جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والجودة وأنشطة إدارة المخاطر.
- إدارة ومراقبة أداء المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه لفرق الإنشاءات متعددة التخصصات.
- مراجعة واعتماد منهجيات الإنشاءات وتقارير التقدم وطلبات التغيير.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والتطوير والمشتريات والعمليات لضمان توافق المشروع.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف لتقليل التأثير على التسليم.
- قيادة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة من الإدارات الداخلية والجهات الحكومية والمقاولين والإدارة التنفيذية.
- دفع التحسين المستمر وتبني أفضل الممارسات في إدارة الإنشاءات.
- إعداد التقارير والعروض التنفيذية حول أداء المشروع والمخاطر الرئيسية والقرارات الاستراتيجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في مجال الإنشاءات وتسليم المشاريع، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع كبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات أو بنية تحتية أو عقارات أو مشاريع ضخمة التطوير.
- معرفة قوية بعقود الإنشاءات وضوابط المشاريع والجدولة وإدارة التكاليف.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية للإنشاءات وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.

The Director of Construction Management is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The role oversees contractors, consultants, and project teams while managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective project governance.

- Lead the construction management function across multiple projects and workstreams
- Develop and implement construction execution strategies, methodologies, and delivery plans
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management activities
- Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary construction teams
- Review and approve construction methodologies, progress reports, and change requests
- Coordinate with design, development, procurement, and operations teams to ensure project alignment
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impact on delivery
- Lead stakeholder engagement with internal departments, government entities, contractors, and executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in construction management
- Prepare executive reports and presentations on project performance, key risks, and strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in construction and project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, infrastructure, real estate, or mega-development projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, and cost management
- Familiarity with international construction standards and industry best practices
