We're looking for an Account Manager Team Lead to supervise a team of Account Managers while personally managing a number of key client accounts. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you'll work every day with our creative and production teams to make sure projects are delivered to the right standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the Account Managers day to day, including assigning tasks, tracking project progress, and helping the team solve problems.

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts directly.

- Coordinate with the creative and production teams.

- Prepare and review financial proposals in coordination with the Head of Account Management.

- Make sure projects stay within the agreed scope, and flag any overruns before they affect the budget or timeline.

- Follow up on invoices and receivables with the finance team.

- Train new Account Managers, develop team performance, and take part in their evaluations.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project and account status for management.

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of account management experience at a creative, production, or advertising agency.

- Hands-on understanding of the visual production and content process.

- Experience working with government, semi-government, and private sector clients in the Saudi market.

- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

- Able to manage multiple accounts and projects at once under tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience with project management tools.
