نبحث عن مدير مخاطر متميز للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير عام رئيسي بالدرعية، يشمل سلسلة من الحدائق الأيقونية والمساحات المفتوحة وأكثر من 55 كيلومتراً من تحسين الشوارع. يهدف البرنامج إلى خلق بيئة نابضة بالحياة وشاملة تعزز جودة الحياة وإمكانية الوصول ورفاه المجتمع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والدعم المتخصص للمشروع لتحديد مخاطره وكميتها ومستوياتها وتخفيفها.
- التفاعل مع العملاء وحضور الاجتماعات الدورية وتقديم التقارير الإحصائية.
- العمل مع موظفي إدارة المشاريع المؤهلين لتحليل وتقييم والتنبؤ بتكاليف المشروع، وكذلك الأداء مقابل جدول زمني محدد بمعالم رئيسية.
- تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بتغييرات التصميم/الإنشاء وتأخيرات الجدول الزمني.
- الإشراف على تطوير وصيانة نظام هرمي للخطط والجداول الزمنية، وإبقاء إدارة المشروع والشركة على اطلاع كامل.
- تنسيق المتطلبات وتوزيع المهام والإشراف على أنشطة مخاطر العمل في المشروع.
- التوصية والإشراف على تخصيص سجل مخاطر المشروع لتلبية متطلبات محددة.
- إعداد تقارير إحصائية للإدارة بشكل دوري أو لمرة واحدة.
- المشاركة في جهود تطوير الأعمال من خلال جمع وتقديم بيانات خلفية متنوعة.
- تقديم عروض غير رسمية أو رسمية عند الحاجة.
- أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة بهذا المنصب حسب ما يقتضيه العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات (أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال ذي صلة، تتضمن خبرة إشرافية/إدارية.
- معرفة هندسية أساسية في المجالات الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي بما في ذلك الكفاءة في برامج التحكم في المشاريع وحزمة Microsoft Office.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Risk Manager to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for identifying project risks, quantification, levels of risks and mitigation
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports.
- Works along other PCM staff who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones.
- Assesses the risk(s) associated with design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of an established system to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules; keeps project and company management fully informed.
- Coordinates requirements, assigns and supervises project work risks activities,.
- Recommends and oversees the customization of project risks register to meet specific project requirements.
- Creates statistical reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis.
- Participates in business development efforts by gathering and presenting a variety of background data.
- May be required to make informal or formal presentations.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field).
- 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
- Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
- Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices is required.
- Incumbent must meet Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification requirements.
