تتطلع شركة Abacus، المتخصصة في حلول التكنولوجيا والاستعانة بمصادر خارجية وإدارة الموارد البشرية، إلى توظيف مستشار حلول رقمية (Digital Solution Advisor) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يبحث Abacus عن مستشار حلول تقنية (Solution Architect) ذو خبرة عالية ومهارات تواصل ممتازة للانضمام إلى فريق حلول السحابة المتنامي. ستعمل كمستشار تقني استراتيجي مع العملاء لفهم احتياجات أعمالهم وتصميم حلول سحابية قابلة للتوسع باستخدام Google Cloud Platform (GCP) لدعم رحلة التحول الرقمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة النقاشات ما قبل البيع مع العملاء لفهم تحديات الأعمال ومتطلبات السحابة.
- إجراء جلسات استكشافية وورش عمل تعمق تقني لجمع احتياجات العملاء.
- تقديم قدرات GCP وأفضل الممارسات والتوصيات المعمارية.
- تطوير مقترحات حلول مخصصة ووثائق فنية وعروض تقديمية قائمة على القيمة.
- تصميم بنى GCP قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة تشمل الحوسبة والتخزين والشبكات والأمان وDevOps وخدمات البيانات.
- التعاون مع الفرق التقنية وفريق التسليم للتحقق من جدوى الحلول.
- إنشاء مخططات معمارية مفصلة ونماذج إثبات المفهوم (PoCs) وبيئات تجريبية.
- التوصية باستراتيجيات الترحيل للبيئات المحلية أو متعددة السحابات.
- دعم فرق المبيعات بالمدخلات التقنية للعروض والمقترحات وطلبات العروض (RFPs) ونماذج التسعير، مع التركيز على إدارة واجهات API (Apigee) وحلول GCP.
- إبراز المزايا التنافسية مثل تحليلات API والرؤى المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتجربة المطورين وأطر الحوكمة.
- ضمان توافق الحلول مع أطر GCP ومعايير الامتثال.
- دعم نماذج التسعير لـ Apigee X/hybrid، وضمان التوافق مع معايير الامتثال والأمان في GCP.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسليم وقادة الممارسات لضمان التسليم الناجح من مرحلة ما قبل البيع إلى التنفيذ.
- المشاركة في مشاركة المعرفة الداخلية والمساهمة في بناء أدلة وأفضل ممارسات GCP.
- البقاء على اطلاع بتحديثات منتجات GCP والشهادات والإصدارات الجديدة.
- تمثيل الشركة في فعاليات GCP والندوات عبر الإنترنت وجلسات مع العملاء.
- تقديم رؤى حول اتجاهات السوق والحفاظ على معرفة تقنية تنافسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال ما قبل البيع للسحابة أو هندسة الحلول (Cloud Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture).
- خبرة عملية قوية في خدمات GCP مثل: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, VPC, Cloud VPN, Interconnect, IAM, KMS, Security Command Center, Cloud Functions.
- خبرة عميقة في إدارة واجهات API باستخدام Apigee، بما في ذلك تصميم بوابات API والسياسات والتدفقات.
- خبرة في تطوير نماذج إثبات المفهوم (PoCs) والعروض التوضيحية ومخططات الحلول.
- فهم قوي لشبكات السحابة والأمان والنسخ الاحتياطي واستعادة البيانات بعد الكوارث وتحسين التكاليف.
- خبرة في Apigee X وبنية Apigee Hybrid.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect، Google Cloud Engineer/Data Engineer، أو أي شهادات سحابية ذات صلة (AWS/Azure).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والإقناع.
- القدرة على ترجمة المتطلبات المعقدة إلى بنى سحابية واضحة.
- إتقان تصميم بنى GCP شاملة: الحوسبة، التخزين، الشبكات، الأمان، DevOps، وخدمات البيانات.
- خبرة في إدارة واجهات API باستخدام Apigee (تصميم السياسات والتدفقات).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Lead pre-sales discussions with customers to understand business challenges and cloud requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and technical deep-dives to gather client needs.
- Present GCP capabilities, best practices, and architectural recommendations.
- Develop customized solution proposals, technical documentation, and value-driven presentations.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective GCP architectures covering compute, storage, networking, security, DevOps, and data services.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility.
- Create detailed architecture diagrams, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and demo environments.
- Recommend migration strategies for on-prem or multi-cloud environments.
- Support sales teams with technical inputs for bids, proposals, RFPs, and pricing models. Technically compelling API management and GCP solution inputs for bids, proposals, and RFPs.
- Highlight differentiators such as API analytics, AI-driven insights, developer experience, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure solution alignment with GCP frameworks and compliance standards.
- Support pricing models for Apigee X/hybrid, and ensure alignment with GCP compliance and security standards.
- Work closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure successful handover from pre-sales to implementation.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and contribute to building GCP playbooks and best practices.
- Stay updated with GCP product updates, certifications, and new releases.
- Represent the company in GCP events, webinars, and client briefings.
- Provide insights on market trends and maintain competitive technical knowledge.
- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GCP services such as:
- Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run
- Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub
- VPC, Cloud VPN, Interconnect
- IAM, KMS, Security Command Center
- Cloud Functions, Center Deep experience with Apigee API Management
- Experience in developing PoCs, demos, and solution architecture diagrams.
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, backup, DR, and cost optimization.
- API proxy design, policies, and flow
- Experience in Apigee X & Apigee Hybrid architecture
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Google Cloud Engineer / Data Engineer
- Any relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
