We are seeking a Senior Configuration Management Manager to lead and oversee configuration management activities for a banking project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide governance and leadership across configuration management, ensuring accurate configuration information, effective controls, and alignment with project and business requirements.

• Lead and oversee configuration management activities across the project.
• Establish and maintain configuration management governance, standards, and processes.
• Define and manage configuration baselines and configuration items.
• Ensure configuration data remains accurate, complete, controlled, and up to date.
• Oversee configuration audits, verification, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate closely with Change Management, technical teams, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• Assess the impact of configuration changes and ensure appropriate controls are applied.
• Monitor configuration management performance and provide management-level reporting.
• Identify configuration risks, gaps, and inconsistencies and drive appropriate resolution.
• Ensure configuration management documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and leadership to configuration management team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of configuration management processes and controls.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Configuration Management.
• Strong experience in enterprise and/or banking environments.
• Proven experience leading configuration management functions or teams.
• Strong understanding of configuration management governance, controls, baselines, and audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a complex project environment.
