القدية تبحث عن مدير تصميم متمرس للعمل في الرياض، لقيادة وتطوير المشاريع المبتكرة وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والوظائف والجماليات، والإشراف على فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات وضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح من المفهوم حتى الإنجاز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق من المهندسين المعماريين والمصممين، وتوفير التوجيه والإرشاد الفني.
- الإشراف على تطوير مفاهيم التصميم والخطط والمواصفات بما يضمن توافقها مع أهداف المشروع.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والاستشاريين والأطراف الخارجية لتحديد متطلبات المشروع وتقديم حلول تصميمية متكاملة.
- إدارة دورة حياة التصميم الكاملة من مرحلة المفهوم حتى إنجاز المشروع، مع ضمان الالتزام بالنطاق والميزانية والجدول الزمني ومعايير الجودة.
- مراجعة المصادقة على مقترحات التصميم والرسومات والوثائق الفنية لضمان الامتثال لأهداف المشروع وأفضل الممارسات.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بكفاءة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات التصميم والتقنيات والابتكارات، ودمج أفضل الممارسات عند الاقتضاء.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح وقوانين التصميم ومعايير الشركة.
- تعزيز ثقافة التعاون والإبداع والتحسين المستمر والتطوير المهني داخل فريق التصميم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو التصميم الحضاري أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في إدارة التصميم، ويفضل في مشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات أو الضيافة أو الترفيه أو التطوير العقاري واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق تصميم متعددة التخصصات وإدارة المشاريع المعقدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم وطرق البناء واللوائح والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
- إتقان برامج التصميم القياسية في المجال مثل AutoCAD وSketchUp وAdobe Creative Suite.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة ديناميكية.
- مهارات مثبتة في القيادة واتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل الإلمام بمبادئ التصميم المستدام وأفضل الممارسات البيئية.

- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing direction, mentorship, and technical guidance
- Oversee the development of design concepts, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver integrated design solutions
- Manage the full design lifecycle from concept development through project completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project goals and industry best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support efficient project execution
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, technologies, and industry innovations, incorporating best practices where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, design codes, and company standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement, and professional development within the design team
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in design management, preferably within large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, entertainment, or real estate developments
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental best practices is highly desirable
