مطارات الدمام تعلن عن وظيفة FRS Operations Duty في الدمام (Dammam).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- دعم الجاهزية التشغيلية وقدرات الاستجابة لخدمات الإطفاء والإنقاذ من خلال المساعدة في التدريب والصيانة وأنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- ضمان الامتثال للبروتوكولات والمعايير المعتمدة للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الاستعداد والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تسهيل التواصل والتنسيق الفعّال بين أعضاء الفريق والإدارات المختلفة، والمشاركة في التدريب المستمر والتطوير لتعزيز المهارات الشخصية والنمو المهني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في ضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية لطوارئ الإطفاء والإنقاذ والمواد الخطرة والطبية عبر دعم جميع أنشطة التدريب والتواصل وإدارة الصيانة والمشاركة في تقييمات الجاهزية الدورية.
- مراقبة وضبط الأنشطة التشغيلية المتعلقة بالطوارئ والتدريب والمواد الخطرة والتواصل وإدارة الصيانة وفقاً لأنظمة GACA، وضمان اتباع جميع البروتوكولات والإجراءات بدقة.
- تنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية التي تضعها فرق الصيانة والتدريب في FRS، وضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة، وتقديم ملاحظات حول أي تحديات تشغيلية تواجه.
- دعم الاستجابات الفورية والمنسقة لجميع حالات الطوارئ الطبية والرضحية، بما في ذلك معالجة وتقييم المصابين، عبر اتباع بروتوكولات الاستجابة المعتمدة وتقديم المساعدة اللازمة.
- التنسيق مع إدارات DACO فيما يتعلق بعمليات الإطفاء للحفاظ على أعلى مستويات السلامة والحماية من الحرائق في جميع مناطق مطار الملك فهد الدولي، وتسهيل التواصل والتعاون بين الإدارات.
- التواصل مع خدمات الطوارئ الخارجية لضمان جهود استجابة منسقة واستراتيجيات متكاملة لإدارة الطوارئ.
- المشاركة في تنفيذ ومتابعة أنشطة الصيانة لمعدات الاستجابة الخاصة والمركبات ومباني محطات الإطفاء وأجهزة الاتصال لضمان جاهزيتها وموثوقيتها في حالات الطوارئ.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والفحوصات الدورية للصيانة لضمان مطابقة جميع المعدات والمرافق لمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- تسهيل التواصل الفعّال داخل الفريق ومع الإدارات الأخرى، وضمان نقل المعلومات بدقة وفهمها.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات أو انتهاكات لبروتوكولات السلامة والتشغيل إلى فريق الصيانة والتدريب في FRS لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة، وضمان توثيق جميع الحوادث ومعالجتها فوراً.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة التدريب وجداول الصيانة وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير الداخلية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع لوائح ومعايير السلامة ذات الصلة، وإجراء عمليات تدقيق وتقييم مخاطر منتظمة لتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل الفريق، وتشجيع الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة وتحديد المخاطر بشكل استباقي.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وأوقات الاستجابة، وضمان عمل سريع وفعّال أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- المشاركة في جلسات ما بعد الاستجابة للطوارئ لتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ التغييرات اللازمة.
- الانخراط في أنشطة التدريب والتطوير المستمرة للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الاستعداد والكفاءة في عمليات الاستجابة للطوارئ، والمشاركة في التدريبات والمحاكاة للحفاظ على المهارات حديثة ومتطورة.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية للمجندين الجدد وأعضاء الفريق الحاليين، وضمان استعداد جميع الأفراد بشكل كافٍ لحالات الطوارئ.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع أعضاء الفريق من خلال مشاركة المعرفة وتقديم الدعم والمشاركة الفعّالة في أنشطة الفريق، وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحماية من الحرائق (Fire Protection Engineering) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-4 سنوات في عمليات الإطفاء والإنقاذ أو الاستجابة للطوارئ أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضّل الحصول على شهادة أخصائي الحماية من الحرائق المعتمد (CFPS) أو شهادة فني الطوارئ الطبية (EMT) أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Purpose
Support the operational readiness and response capabilities of the Fire and Rescue Services by assisting in training, maintenance, and emergency response activities. Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards to maintain a high level of preparedness and operational efficiency. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and departments and participate in continuous training and development to enhance personal skills and professional growth.
Position Accountability Description
Operational Excellence:
1. Assist in ensuring operational readiness for Fire, Rescue, Hazmat, and Medical Emergencies by supporting all aspects of training, communication, and maintenance management activities, and by participating in regular readiness assessments.
2. Monitor and control the operational activities related to emergencies, training, hazmat, communication, and maintenance management as per GACA regulations, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are
followed accurately.
3. Execute the operational plans developed by the FRS Maintenance and Training Teams, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards, and providing feedback on any operational
challenges encountered.
4. Support immediate and coordinated responses to all medical and traumatic emergencies, including the treatment and evaluation of casualties, by following established response protocols and providing
necessary assistance.
Stakeholder Management:
5. Coordinate with DACO’s departments regarding Fire service operations to maintain the highest levels of fire safety and fire protection across all KFIA areas, facilitating effective communication and cooperation between departments.
6. Liaise with external emergency services to ensure coordinated response efforts and integrated emergency management strategies.
Maintenance and Sustainability:
7. Participate in the implementation and follow-up of maintenance activities for special response equipment, vehicles, fire station buildings, and communication devices to ensure their readiness and reliability for emergency situations.
8. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety and operational standards.
Communication Management:
9. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments, ensuring information is accurately conveyed and understood.

Record Keeping and Reporting:
10. Report any issues or breaches of safety and operational protocols to the FRS Maintenance & Training Team for further action, ensuring that all incidents are documented and addressed promptly.
11. Maintain accurate records of training activities, maintenance schedules, and emergency response actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Compliance and Safety:
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
13. Promote a culture of safety within the team, encouraging adherence to safety protocols and proactive identification of risks.
Operational Efficiency:
14. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and response times, ensuring swift and effective action during emergency situations.
15. Participate in debriefing sessions after emergency responses to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Training and Development:
16. Engage in continuous training and development activities to maintain a high level of preparedness and competence in emergency response operations, participating in drills and simulations to keep skills sharp and up-to-date.
17. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new recruits and existing team members, ensuring all personnel are adequately prepared for emergency situations.
