تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات فيرمونت (Fairmont Hotels & Resorts) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مراقب تكاليف (Cost Controller) في مشروع البحر الأحمر بمنطقة حائل (أملج)، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستنضم إلى فريق المالية في منتجع فيرمونت ذا ريد سي، الذي يقدم تجارب فاخرة تركز على الطبيعة وسط إطلالات على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وتحليل تكاليف ومصروفات الأقسام المختلفة لتحديد الفروقات والاتجاهات
- إعداد وصيانة ميزانيات التكاليف التفصيلية والتنبؤات للأقسام المحددة
- إجراء تحليل الفروقات وتقديم تفسيرات للانحرافات عن الميزانية للإدارة
- تسوية حسابات التكاليف وضمان دقة السجلات والتقارير المالية
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات وأفضل الممارسات للرقابة على التكاليف عبر الأقسام
- إصدار تقارير التكاليف الدورية والقوائم المالية لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لتطوير مبادرات خفض التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة
- الامتثال للسياسات المالية للشركة والمعايير المحاسبية
- تحليل البيانات التشغيلية لدعم استراتيجيات التسعير وتقييم الربحية
- المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المالية
- التحقيق في حالات الشذوذ في التكاليف والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية
- استخدام برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) لتتبع التكاليف والإبلاغ عنها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة مهنية في محاسبة التكاليف أو الرقابة المالية أو دور مالي ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة تكاليف الأقسام والميزانيات في بيئة ضيافة أو صناعة خدمات مماثلة
- معرفة بعمليات المالية في قطاع الضيافة (يفضل)
- خبرة في استخدام SAP أو أنظمة تخطيط موارد مؤسسات مماثلة (يفضل)
- خبرة في التنسيق بين المشاريع والجدولة والتحكم في المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح
- خبرة سابقة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-Opening) إلزامية
- فهم توقعات الضيوف في فئة الفخامة الفائقة والمواءمة مع العلامة التجارية
- نهج استباقي واستباقي مع إحساس قوي بالملكية والمساءلة
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة ومتناسق مع معايير الرفاهية
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان متقدم في تحليل البيانات المالية ومبادئ محاسبة التكاليف
- مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Microsoft Excel
- خبرة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة أو أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات
- اهتمام فائق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع البيانات المالية المعقدة

- 3-5 years of professional experience in cost accounting, financial control, or a related finance role
- Proven experience managing departmental costs and budgets in a hospitality or similar service industry environment
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and cost accounting principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial reports and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in variance analysis and forecasting methodologies
- Experience with process improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry financial operations (preferred)
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems (preferred)
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
