فنادق ومنتجعات فيرمونت (Fairmont Hotels & Resorts) تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف أمن (Security Supervisor) للعمل في مشروع البحر الأحمر - منطقة حائل، ضمن فريق أمن منتجع رافلز وفيرمونت.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق الأمن خلال المناوبة وضمان التوزيع الصحيح، الالتزام بالمواعيد، المظهر المهني، جاهزية المعدات، وإجراء إحاطات واضحة قبل وبعد المناوبة.
- الإشراف على عمليات الأمن اليومية في جميع النقاط المكلف بها، بما في ذلك غرفة التحكم، اللوبي، منطقة التحميل، المناطق الخلفية، مدخل الموظفين، دخول الزوار، مواقف كبار الشخصيات، طوابق النزلاء، المناطق الخارجية، ونقاط الدوريات.
- التأكد من توفر واستخدام المعدات الأساسية الصادرة من الشركة (جهاز اتصال لاسلكي، كشاف، قناع جيب، مفاتيح، تصاريح، مستلزمات الإسعاف الأولي) بشكل سليم.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية على فريق الأمن والنقاط للتأكد من اليقظة والالتزام بالمعايير وفعالية التسليم والتسلم.
- إدارة نقاط الدخول لضمان دخول جميع الموظفين والعمال المؤقتين والموردين والمقاولين والزوار والمركبات عبر القنوات المصرح بها.
- الحفاظ على اليقظة عند عدادات التصاريح ودعم نظام إدارة الزوار، وضوابط المقاولين، وفحص المركبات، وإجراءات دخول التوصيلات.
- تنفيذ دوريات سلامة وأمن متجولة داخل المنتجع وحوله، بما في ذلك مناطق النزلاء، القلب الداخلي، مناطق الإقامة/الخدمة (حسب الاقتضاء)، والمحيط الخارجي.
- تحديد مخاطر الحرائق، التصرفات غير الآمنة، السلوكيات المشبوهة، مخالفات الإجراءات، أو مخاطر الصيانة واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية أو تصعيدية فورية.

- دعم المراجعة الأولية لكاميرات المراقبة لأغراض التحقيق والتدريب وفقاً لمعايير الخصوصية والتعامل مع الأدلة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الهندسة أو تقنية المعلومات أو الأقسام المعنية للإبلاغ عن أعطال الأنظمة، مشاكل أقفال الأبواب، أعطال الخزائن، وعيوب معدات الأمن.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ (أمنية، طبية، حريق، طوارئ، فقدان طفل، السيطرة على الحشود، شكوى نزيل، نشاط مشبوه) بأسرع وقت ممكن.
- تقديم الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي واستخدام مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (حسب التدريب) والتنسيق مع المستجيبين الداخليين والخارجيين.
- جمع الحقائق وتوثيق الحوادث وإعداد تقارير نهاية المناوبة واستكمال نماذج الحوادث والحفاظ على سجل يومي دقيق.
- معالجة تقارير الأشياء المفقودة، جرد المفاتيح والتصاريح، مشاكل الخزائن، أقفال الأبواب، التحكم بالمصاعد، دعم تحركات كبار الشخصيات، السيطرة على الحشود، ومهام التوجيه حسب التكليف.
- تدريب حراس الأمن ومشغلي كاميرات المراقبة على معايير النقاط، كتابة التقارير، التفاعل مع النزلاء، إجراءات الطوارئ، والسلوك المهني.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة لسياسات الفندق، بروتوكولات الأمن، معايير السرية، الأنظمة السعودية، وتوقعات العلامة التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى؛ يفضل دبلوم أو شهادة في الأمن أو الضيافة أو السلامة أو إدارة الطوارئ.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في عمليات الأمن الفندقي، منها سنة واحدة على الأقل في منصب إشرافي؛ يفضل خبرة في المنتجعات الفاخرة أو مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب)؛ يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- رخصة أمن أو شهادة معتمدة حسب المتطلبات المحلية؛ يفضل تدريب على الإسعافات الأولية/الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي واستخدام مزيل الرجفان الآلي والسلامة الأساسية من الحرائق.
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم العافية الفاخرة فائقة الجودة ومواءمة العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة سابقة في عمليات ما قبل الافتتاح والتنسيق المشاريع وإنشاء مرافق العافية مرغوبة جداً.
- القدرة على خلق تجارب عافية مبتكرة وذات صلة ثقافياً تتماشى مع وجهة البحر الأحمر.
- نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع شعور عالٍ بالمسؤولية والملكية.
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة يتوافق مع معايير الفخامة.

Job Description
Shift Supervision & Post Control
- Lead assigned Security colleagues during the shift, ensuring correct deployment, punctuality, grooming, equipment readiness, and clear pre- and post-shift briefings.
- Supervise daily Security operations across assigned posts, including Control Room, lobby, loading bay, back-of-house, colleague entrance, visitor access, VIP parking, guest floors, outdoor areas, and patrol zones.
- Ensure essential company-issued equipment such as radio / communication device, torchlight, pocket mask, keys, passes, and first-aid items are available, controlled, and used properly.
- Conduct regular checks on Security colleagues and posts to confirm vigilance, adherence to standards, and effective handover.
- Manage access points to ensure all colleagues, casual labour, vendors, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and vehicles enter through authorized channels.
- Maintain vigilance at pass counters and support the Visitor Management System, contractor controls, vehicle checks, and delivery access procedures.
- Perform roving safety and security patrols within and around the resort, including guest areas, heart-of-house, accommodation / service areas where applicable, and external resort surroundings.
- Identify fire hazards, unsafe acts, suspicious behaviour, breaches of procedure, or maintenance risks and take immediate corrective or escalation action.
- Be in charge of the Hotel Security Control Room during the shift and ensure all official documents are handled accurately according to SOP.
- Monitor CCTV coverage, alarms, access control, duress systems, fire-life-safety alerts, and security equipment, highlighting faults or unusual observations immediately.
- Support preliminary CCTV review for investigation and training purposes in accordance with privacy and evidence-handling standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, IT, or relevant departments to report system faults, door lock issues, safe box concerns, and security equipment defects.
- Respond to security, medical, fire, duress, lost child, crowd control, guest concern, suspicious activity, and other emergencies as quickly as possible.
- Perform First Aid / CPR / AED where trained and required, and coordinate with internal and external emergency responders.
- Gather facts, document incidents, prepare end-of-shift reports, complete accident / incident forms, and maintain accurate logbook entries.
- Handle lost and found reports, key and pass inventory, safe box issues, door lock concerns, lift control, VIP movement support, crowd control, and ushering duties as assigned.
- Coach Security Officers and CCTV colleagues on post standards, report writing, guest interaction, emergency procedures, and professional conduct.
- Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, security protocols, confidentiality standards, Saudi regulations, and brand expectations.
- Education: High school diploma required; diploma or certificate in Security, Hospitality, Safety, or Emergency Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in hotel security operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; luxury resort or pre-opening experience preferred.
- Languages: Good English required; Arabic preferred.
- Technical skills: CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor management, key control, incident reports, logbooks, fire-life-safety systems, Microsoft Office, and radio communication.
- Certifications: Security license or certification as required locally; first aid / CPR / AED and basic fire safety training preferred.
- Desired profile: observant, disciplined, composed, firm yet polite, service-minded, confidential, physically fit for patrols, and able to work rotating shifts.
- Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment.
- Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred.
- Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
