نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير أمن مجموعة يتمتع بمهارات عالية واحترافية للإشراف على العمليات الأمنية لفنادق رافلز وفيرمونت في أملج. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات أمنية شاملة في جميع أنحاء المجموعة، مع ضمان سلامة الضيوف والموظفين والممتلكات. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح قدرات استثنائية في اتخاذ القرار، ومهارات تحليلية قوية، والالتزام بأعلى معايير الأمن في بيئة الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ والإشراف على السياسات والإجراءات والبروتوكولات الأمنية عبر جميع ممتلكات المجموعة لضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
- قيادة وتدريب والإشراف على فريق الأمن، وإجراء تقييمات أداء دورية، وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والتميز المهني.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمخاطر وتحليل التهديدات لتحديد نقاط الضعف والتوصية بإجراءات وقائية.
- إدارة أنظمة الأمن والبنية التحتية التكنولوجية بما في ذلك أنظمة التحكم في الدخول والمراقبة والإنذار، وضمان الأداء الأمثل والتكامل.
- الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث والطوارئ الأمنية بالتنسيق مع السلطات المحلية وتنفيذ إجراءات إدارة الأزمات.
- مراقبة وتحليل الحوادث الأمنية وإعداد تقارير مفصلة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
- التعاون مع إدارة الفنادق وخدمات العمليات والضيوف لتحقيق التوازن بين المتطلبات الأمنية وتجربة ضيافة استثنائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية مفصلة ووثائق ومسارات تدقيق وفقًا للمعايير التنظيمية والتنظيمية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش أمنية دورية للتحقق من الالتزام بالبروتوكولات المطبقة وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريب أمنية للموظفين على جميع المستويات مع التركيز على الوعي وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- إدارة ميزانيات الأمن وعلاقات الموردين مع تحسين الموارد والحفاظ على جودة الخدمة.
- مواكبة التهديدات الأمنية الناشئة واتجاهات الصناعة والتطورات التكنولوجية في قطاع الضيافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات متراكمة في إدارة الأمن، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي أو إشرافي.
- خبرة مثبتة في عمليات الأمن في قطاع الضيافة أو الممتلكات الفاخرة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأمن بما في ذلك التحكم في الدخول وكاميرات المراقبة CCTV وإدارة الإنذار.
- القدرة على تحليل المواقف الأمنية المعقدة وتطوير حلول فعالة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة الأمن وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

- Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures
- Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

- Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security situations and develop effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
