تعلن فنادق رافلز وفيرمونت البحر الأحمر عن توفر وظيفة مدير عام للمنتجع الصحي والعافية (Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness) في منطقة حائل، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد. تتولى هذا الدور الاستراتيجي قيادة عمليات العافية في مجموعة منتجعاتنا الفاخرة، ودفع التميز التشغيلي ورضا الضيوف ونمو الإيرادات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير القيادة الاستراتيجية والتوجيه لجميع عمليات المنتجع الصحي والعافية عبر المجموعة، وضمان التوافق مع معايير علامتي رافلز وفيرمونت وأهداف الشركة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج عافية شاملة وعروض خدمات تعزز تجارب الضيوف وتميّز ممتلكاتنا في سوق الرفاهية.
- الإشراف على إدارة الميزانيات والتخطيط المالي وتحسين الإيرادات لأقسام المنتجع الصحي والعافية، وضمان الربحية وكفاءة التكاليف.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق عالية الأداء في المنتجع الصحي والعافية عبر جميع الممتلكات، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمقاييس التشغيلية لدفع مراجعات الأداء وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والتنظيم الخاصة بعمليات المنتجع الصحي والعافية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعاون مع فرق إدارة المنتجعات لدمج عروض العافية مع تجارب الضيوف الشاملة وبرامج المنتجع.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة والابتكارات في العافية وأفضل الممارسات للحفاظ على الوضع التنافسي ودفع المبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- إدارة علاقات الموردين والمشتريات وسلسلة التوريد لمنتجات وخدمات المنتجع الصحي والعافية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للعقارات وتدقيق الجودة للحفاظ على المعايير التشغيلية ومستويات رضا الضيوف.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية للترويج لخدمات المنتجع الصحي والعافية وتعظيم الإشغال والإيرادات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات متدرجة في إدارة المنتجع الصحي والعافية ضمن بيئات الضيافة الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عقارات متعددة أو عمليات على مستوى المجموعة (Cluster).
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المنتجع الصحي وبرامج العافية وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
- خبرة واضحة في إدارة الميزانيات والتحليل المالي وتحسين الإيرادات.
- مهارات قيادية متميزة وإدارة فرق مع القدرة على تحفيز وتطوير الموظفين.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية عبر فرق وثقافات متنوعة.
- خبرة مع علامات فنادق فاخرة وفهم لمعايير خدمة رافلز أو فيرمونت (يفضل).
- معرفة بقوانين العمل السعودية واللوائح والاعتبارات الثقافية.
- إتقان أنظمة إدارة الضيافة وبرامج إدارة الممتلكات.
- التفكير الاستراتيجي وقدرات حل المشكلات مع عقلية تركز على العميل.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على تنفيذ مبادرات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- شهادة أو تدريب متخصص في صناعة العافية (يفضل).
- خبرة في إدارة الإيرادات واستراتيجيات التسعير (يفضل).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات لغوية إضافية ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم توقعات ضيوف الفخامة الفائقة والتوافق مع العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع والجدولة والتحكم في المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all spa and wellness operations across the cluster, ensuring alignment with Raffles and Fairmont brand standards and corporate objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and service offerings that enhance guest experiences and differentiate our properties in the luxury market
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and revenue optimization for spa and wellness departments, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing spa and wellness teams across all properties, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive performance reviews and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to spa and wellness operations in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with resort management teams to integrate wellness offerings with overall guest experiences and resort programming
- Stay current with industry trends, wellness innovations, and best practices to maintain competitive positioning and drive strategic initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for spa and wellness products and services
- Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction levels
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote spa and wellness services and maximize occupancy and revenue
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in spa and wellness management within luxury hospitality environments
- Proven experience managing multiple properties or a cluster-level operation
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programming, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
- Experience with luxury hotel brands and understanding of Raffles or Fairmont service standards (preferred)
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and cultural considerations
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and property management software
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Project management skills and ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Wellness industry certification or specialized training (preferred)
- Experience in revenue management and pricing strategies (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
