تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات رافلز (Raffles Hotels & Resorts) عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير الأمن (Assistant Security Manager) في مشروع البحر الأحمر - أملج (Umluj)، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق الأمن في منتجع رافلز البحر الأحمر، وتتولى الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية وضمان بيئة آمنة للنزلاء والموظفين والأصول وفق أعلى المعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات وبروتوكولات أمنية بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة السعودية والمعايير الدولية للضيافة.
- الإشراف على أفراد الأمن وتنسيق جداول العمل والتدريب ومراقبة الأداء وعقد إحاطات دورية حول الإجراءات الأمنية والاستجابة للحوادث.
- مراقبة أنظمة الأمن (CCTV، أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، أنظمة الإنذار) لضمان عملها بكفاءة وتغطيتها لكامل أرجاء المنتجع.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للمخاطر وتحليل التهديدات لتحديد الثغرات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- الاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية والطوارئ واستفسارات النزلاء باحترافية وحزم، مع توثيق جميع الحوادث وإعداد تقارير مفصلة.
- القيام بدوريات منتظمة في المنتجع للتأكد من الامتثال للبروتوكولات الأمنية واكتشاف أي مخاطر محتملة.
- التنسيق مع الشرطة المحلية وخدمات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية دقيقة وسجلات الحوادث وسجلات الموظفين.
- المساعدة في تنظيم برامج التدريب الأمني والتدريبات للموظفين والنزلاء.
- تحليل البيانات والاتجاهات الأمنية لتحسين العمليات الأمنية وتوزيع الموارد.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع الأنظمة الأمنية السعودية وسياسات الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة الأمن، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة أو المنتجعات الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على فرق الأمن وقيادتها.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأمن بما في ذلك CCTV وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول والإنذار.
- قدرة على تحليل التهديدات الأمنية وتطوير استراتيجيات استجابة فعالة.
- مهارات ممتازة في الاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة الأزمات.
- فهم شامل للأنظمة الأمنية السعودية ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية مع القدرة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة للتفاعل باحترافية مع النزلاء والموظفين.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة الأمن وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً واتخاذ قرارات سليمة تحت الضغط.
- لياقة بدنية والقدرة على أداء دوريات منتظمة في المنتجع.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفضلة.
- معرفة المعايير الدولية للأمن وأفضل الممارسات.
- قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- فهم توقعات الضيافة الفاخرة ومواءمة العلامة التجارية (Ultra-Luxury).

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards
- Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conduct regular briefings on security procedures and incident response
- Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and coverage across the property
- Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and decisiveness, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports
- Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential security risks
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records
- Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests
- Analyze security data and trends to optimize security operations and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian security regulations and company policies
- Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry
- Proven experience in supervising and leading security teams
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze security threats and develop effective response strategies
- Excellent incident response and crisis management skills
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical fitness and ability to perform regular property patrols
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
- Knowledge of international security standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
