تعلن شركة Silavisions Digital solutions عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي طباعة / مشغّل (Printing Specialist / Operator) للعمل بدوام كلي وحضوري في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتشغيل ومراقبة أجهزة الطباعة الرقمية والحبرية (digital & inkjet) لإنتاج مواد مطبوعة عالية الجودة وفقاً لمواصفات الطلب.
- إدارة سير عمل الإنتاج الطباعي وضمان التدفق السلس للمهام.
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها لأجهزة الطباعة.
- التنسيق لأعمال التجليد والتشطيب مثل القص والطي والتجليد (bindery & finishing).
- متابعة تقدم المهام وضمان دقة الألوان وجودة الطباعة.
- إدارة المواد والمستلزمات اللازمة للإنتاج.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة في جميع مراحل العمل.
- التعاون مع المشرفين وأعضاء الفريق لتحقيق مواعيد التسليم ودعم تحسين العمليات المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في الطباعة وإدارة الإنتاج الطباعي من البداية وحتى النهاية.
- خبرة في تقنيات الطباعة الحبرية (Inkjet) والرقمية للتعامل مع الأجهزة وضبطها بفعالية.
- معرفة بعمليات التجليد (bindery) وتقنيات التشطيب لإنهاء المطبوعات بدقة.
- القدرة على دعم أجهزة الطباعة من صيانة أساسية واستكشاف أعطال ومعايرة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومراقبة الجودة في مطابقة الألوان والتحقق من التخطيط والفحص النهائي.
- فهم أساسي لتنسيقات ملفات الطباعة ومتطلبات ما قبل الطباعة (مثل إعداد PDF، الدقة، bleed).
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة للتعامل مع مهام متعددة ومواعيد تسليم.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على العمل الجماعي في بيئة إنتاج.
- خبرة سابقة في مطبعة أو بيئة إنتاج رقمي (مفضلة).
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التدريب المهني في الطباعة أو الفنون الجرافيكية (ميزة إضافية).

Role Description The Printing Specialist / Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring digital and inkjet printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications. Responsibilities include managing print production workflows, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers, and coordinating bindery and finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, and binding. The specialist tracks job progress, ensures accurate color and print quality, manages materials and supplies, and follows safety and quality standards. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines and support continuous process improvement is also expected.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Printing and Print Production to manage end-to-end print workflows and output quality.
- Experience with Inkjet and other digital printing technologies to operate and adjust equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of Bindery processes and finishing techniques to complete printed jobs accurately.
- Ability to provide Printer Support, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment calibration.
- Attention to detail and quality control in color matching, layout verification, and final inspection.
- Basic understanding of print file formats and prepress requirements (e.g., PDF setup, resolution, bleed).
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.
- Previous experience in a print shop or digital production environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or graphic arts is an advantage.
