نبذة عن الوظيفة
يلعب Finance Specialist دوراً محورياً في إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وضمان دقة التقارير المالية، وتعزيز الرقابة الداخلية، والتعاون السلس مع فرق المالية الإقليمية والعالمية. تدعم هذه الوظيفة الامتثال والإقفالات المالية واتخاذ القرارات التجارية في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)، والمعايير المحاسبية السعودية (Saudi GAAP)، وسياسات الشركة، واللوائح الضريبية المحلية.
- دعم الإقفال المالي الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي، بما في ذلك تحليل الميزانية العمومية وقائمة الدخل.
- التنسيق مع فريق GBS في بولندا بشأن دفتر الأستاذ العام، والعمليات بين الشركات، والحسابات المدينة، وحل المشكلات المعقدة أو المرفوعة.
- إدارة عمليات المحاسبة بين الشركات، والتسويات، والرسوم المتبادلة، والتقارير المرتبطة.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية لمراجعي الحسابات الخارجيين ودعم التقارير والتدقيقات القانونية.
- دعم أنشطة الرقابة الداخلية والامتثال.
- الإشراف على عمليات الحسابات المدينة والضريبة على القيمة المضافة (VAT) بالتنسيق مع خدمة العملاء وسلسلة التوريد وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية؛ المؤهلات المهنية مثل SOCPA / CPA / CA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المالية التجارية، ويفضل في شركة متعددة الجنسيات أو إحدى مكاتب Big Four.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS؛ ومعرفة بالمعايير المحاسبية السعودية واللوائح الضريبية المحلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات MS Office، ويفضل معرفة SAP.
- طلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

Finance Specialist
The Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth collaboration with regional and global finance teams. This role supports compliance, financial closings, and business decision-making in a multinational environment.
Position
As a Finance Specialist, you will
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi GAAP, company policies, and local tax regulations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing, including balance sheet and P&L analysis.
- Coordinate with the GBS team in Poland on general ledger, intercompany, and Accounts Receivable topics, resolving complex or escalated issues.
- Handle intercompany accounting processes, reconciliations, cross-charges, and related reporting.
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and support statutory reporting and audits
- Support internal controls and compliance activities.
- Oversee accounts receivable and VAT-related processes, coordinating with customer service, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional qualifications of SOCPA/ CPA / CA are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or business finance, ideally within a multinational company or Big Four environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS; knowledge of Saudi GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
