شركة KADA، وهي استوديو رقمي وتقني يساعد الشركات على البناء والتحول والتوسع من خلال حلول تعتمد على التكنولوجيا، تبحث عن مدير مالي (Finance Manager) للعمل عن بُعد (دوام كامل) ومقرها في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التخطيط المالي والتحليل وإعداد التقارير لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للشركة.
- إدارة دورات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي، ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية.
- إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية وفقاً لمعايير المحاسبة وسياسات الشركة.
- تحليل الأداء المالي، وتحديد الاتجاهات والمخاطر، وتقديم توصيات للإدارة حول تحسين التكاليف ونمو الإيرادات.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشاريع والتشغيل لمتابعة الأداء المالي، وإدارة الفواتير ومدفوعات الموردين، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة في الأنظمة المالية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الضريبية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة.
- تحسين العمليات المالية، ودعم عمليات التدقيق، وتنفيذ أدوات ولوحات بيانات لتحسين الرؤية والتحكم في البيانات المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتحليل المالي، تشمل إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ وتحليل الانحرافات.
- إتقان مبادئ وممارسات المحاسبة، مع خبرة في إعداد التقارير المالية وإقفال نهاية الشهر.
- القدرة على إدارة التدفقات النقدية وتتبع المصروفات والاعتراف بالإيرادات في بيئة قائمة على المشاريع أو الخدمات.
- خبرة في استخدام البرامج المالية والمحاسبية وجداول البيانات ولوحات البيانات لنمذجة البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية، والقدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة، مع القدرة على عرض الرؤى المالية لأصحاب المصلحة غير الماليين والتعاون عبر الفرق.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة عن بُعد، وتحديد أولويات المواعيد النهائية المتعددة، والحفاظ على السرية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الحصول على شهادة مهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA) يعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة في بيئة رقمية أو تقنية أو استشارية تعتبر مفيدة، بالإضافة إلى الإلمام بالإدارة المالية القائمة على المشاريع.

Daily activities include coordinating with project and operations teams on financial tracking, managing invoices and vendor payments, maintaining accurate records in financial systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role also involves refining financial processes, supporting audits, and implementing tools and dashboards that improve visibility and control over financial data.

- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Experience in a digital, technology, or consulting environment is beneficial, as is familiarity with project-based financial management.
