بنده تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد مدير فئة - المشروبات (Assistant Category Manager.Beverages 1) في جدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المساعدة في تحقيق مبيعات القسم والهامش والدخل الآخر والهامش التجاري الكلي لدعم الشركة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والأرباح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم مدير الفئة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الفئة لضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والهامش والربحية.
  • تحليل أداء مبيعات الفئة والتسعير وبيانات العروض الترويجية لتحديد فرص التحسين ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان تسليم المنتجات والمواد الترويجية والدعم التسويقي في الوقت المحدد.
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتوفر المنتجات لضمان إدارة مثلى للمخزون وتقليل حالات نفاد المخزون أو التخزين الزائد.
  • المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات الترويجية لضمان التنفيذ الفعال وزيادة ظهور الفئة في المتاجر.
  • الحفاظ على دقة معلومات المنتج والتسعير في النظام لضمان سلامة البيانات ومواءمتها مع السياسات التجارية.
  • إعداد تقارير وتحليلات أداء الفئة لضمان إطلاع الإدارة على الاتجاهات والفرص الرئيسية.
  • متابعة اتفاقيات الموردين والحسومات لضمان تحصيلها في الوقت المحدد والامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • التعاون مع فرق الميرشندايزينغ وتشغيل المتاجر لضمان التنفيذ السليم لخطط التوزيع (planograms) ومواءمتها مع استراتيجية الفئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • مهارات التفاوض.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية.
  • معرفة باستخدام BI و JDA.

Jop Purpose 

​​To assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving the sales and bottom line targets.​

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets. 

  • Analyze category sales performance, pricing, and promotional data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making. 

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional materials, and marketing support. 

  • Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure optimal stock management and reduced out-of-stock or overstock situations. 

  • Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns to ensure effective execution and increased category visibility in stores. 

  • Maintain accurate product and pricing information in the system to ensure data integrity and alignment with commercial policies. 

  • Prepare category performance reports and analyses to ensure management has visibility into key trends and opportunities. 

  • Follow up on supplier agreements and rebates to ensure timely collection and compliance with contractual obligations. 

  • Collaborate with merchandising and store operations teams to ensure proper implementation of planograms and alignment with category strategy. 

Education 

Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Negotiations skills

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills 

  • BI and JDA know how
