شركة IBIS تبحث عن موظف/موظفة استقبال (Host/Hostess) من الجنسية السعودية للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف والتعامل معهم بأسلوب دافئ ومهني وواثق يتماشى مع معايير خدمة IBIS.
- إدارة جلوس الضيوف وتوزيع الطاولات وتنظيم تدفق الخدمة بناءً على الحجوزات والزيارات المباشرة.
- التنسيق مع فريق الخدمة لتلبية طلبات الضيوف وضمان تلبية توقعاتهم.
- الإلمام الجيد بقوائم الطعام والفعاليات الخاصة وترتيبات الجلوس وتفضيلات الضيوف.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف وملاحظاتهم واهتماماتهم بشكل مهني، مع رفعها إلى المستوى الأعلى عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على منصة الاستقبال ومنطقة الاستقبال منظمة ومرحبة طوال فترة الخدمة.
- إدارة الحجوزات بدقة باستخدام أنظمة حجز المطعم، بما في ذلك تفاصيل الضيوف وخطط الجلوس.
- تأكيد معلومات الحجز وإبلاغ التحديثات لأعضاء الفريق المعنيين.
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية بشكل مهني ومساعدة الضيوف في الاستفسارات والحجوزات.
- التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ وفريق الخدمة لدعم سير العمل بكفاءة.
- المساعدة في المهام الجانبية مثل تجهيز القوائم وإعادة ترتيب الطاولات والحفاظ على منطقة المدخل.
- الالتزام بمعايير المظهر الشخصي لـ IBIS وتمثيل العلامة التجارية بثقة واحترافية.
- اتباع جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة ومعايير خدمة الشركة.
- المساهمة في خلق بيئة فريق إيجابية من خلال التعاون والتواصل الفعال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل خبرة سنة واحدة في دور يتعامل مع الضيوف أو في بيئة ضيافة راقية.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ ويُعتبر التعليم في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مرغوبة جداً.
- شخصية واثقة ومرحبة ومهنية مع شغف بخدمة الضيوف.
- القدرة على إدارة فترات الخدمة المزدحمة مع البقاء هادئاً ومنظماً ويقظاً.
- مرونة في العمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والمساء والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.
- مظهر أنيق واحترافي يتوافق مع معايير علامة IBIS التجارية.

Job Description
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and confident manner aligned with IBIS service standards.
- Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow based on reservations and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate with the service team to accommodate guest requests and ensure expectations are met.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and reception area throughout service.
- Manage reservations accurately using restaurant reservation systems, including guest details and seating plans.
- Confirm reservation information and communicate updates with relevant team members.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to support efficient service flow.
- Assist with side duties such as menu preparation, table resets, and maintaining the entrance area.
- Maintain IBIS grooming and appearance standards while representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and effective communication.
- Preferably 1 year experience in a guest-facing role or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Confident, welcoming, and professional personality with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to manage busy service periods while remaining calm, organized, and attentive.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with IBIS brand standards.
