About the Role:

We are seeking a vigilant and highly technical Cybersecurity & Network Security Administrator to protect and harden our enterprise infrastructure.

In this role, you will take ownership of safeguarding our entire IT ecosystem-spanning hybrid network perimeters, endpoints, and critical cloud business applications. You will be responsible for continuous security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability remediation, and incident response, ensuring that our core business platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and MenaITech remain highly secure and resilient against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Security Administration: Configure, maintain, and audit Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) policies, access control lists (ACLs), and secure VPN topologies (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco).
• Threat Monitoring & SIEM:

Monitor security alerts, logs, and events across the infrastructure. Support SIEM and modern security monitoring tools to detect and investigate suspicious behaviors.

• Endpoint & Cloud Protection: Enforce endpoint detection and response (EDR) baselines, manage security controls using Microsoft Defender, and protect modern cloud-edge surfaces.
• ERP & Platform Security: Audit, monitor, and defend critical corporate environments including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and MenaITech against internal and external threats.
• Vulnerability & Patch Management: Conduct routine vulnerability assessments, prioritize gaps, and collaborate with System/Network admins on system patching and server/device hardening.
• Identity & Access Governance: Support Identity and Access Management (IAM), enforcing strict user access controls, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Zero-Trust access principles.
• Incident Response & Compliance: Act as a core member of the incident response lifecycle. Maintain precise documentation of security incidents, procedures, and corporate IT security controls.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Network Security, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated enterprise experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or IT Security operations.
• Technical Stack: Direct hands-on experience with technologies like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Microsoft Defender ecosystems.
• Core Skills: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, secure network architectures, threat hunting, IAM, and vulnerability management tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and incident troubleshooting skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language fluency is a highly preferred asset.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA Security+ (Required)
• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) in Network Security / Palo Alto PCNSA (Strong Advantage)
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals / Associate (SC series)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) / CISSP is a distinct plus.
