شركة الفنار، إحدى شركات المقاولات والتصنيع الرائدة في المملكة، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي لضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC Electrical Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية (يفضل من لديه موافقة الطاقة السعودية).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعال.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام لكل مرؤوس حسب مسؤولياته.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية حسب جداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بأقل تكلفة ووقت.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة تطرأ، ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة، بما في ذلك المواصفات الخاصة بالمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة ضمن مجال العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عمل من 5 إلى 10 سنوات.

Role Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
