شركة BAAN Holding | بان القابضة، الرائدة في قطاع السياحة والضيافة، تبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية (HR Manager) ذو خبرة عالية للانضمام إلى فريق عملها في المدينة المنورة، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومبادرات الموارد البشرية التي تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة العامة.
  • الإشراف على عملية التوظيف والاختيار، بما في ذلك إجراء المقابلات وإدماج الموظفين الجدد.
  • إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتقديم الملاحظات للموظفين لتعزيز النمو المهني والتطور.
  • إدارة علاقات الموظفين، بما في ذلك معالجة الشكاوى والنزاعات والإجراءات التأديبية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل واللوائح، بالإضافة إلى سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
  • بناء بيئة عمل إيجابية وشاملة تدعم العمل الجماعي والتعاون.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل، ويفضل في قطاع السياحة والضيافة.
  • معرفة عميقة بمبادئ الموارد البشرية والقوانين وأفضل الممارسات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التوظيف وإدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • قدرة قوية على اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وديناميكية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة HRIS.

Job Title: HR Manager

BAAN Holding | بان القابضة is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a leading company in the tourism and hospitality industry, we are committed to building a better future, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
