تعلن شركة A.P. Moller - Maersk في مكة وجدة، السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي التجارة الإلكترونية (E-commerce Specialist)، حيث سيتولى إدارة وتنمية العلاقات مع عملاء التخزين والتوزيع الرئيسيين، وضمان التميز التشغيلي، وزيادة رضا العملاء، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين العملاء وفرق العمليات الداخلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة محفظة من عملاء التخزين والتوزيع في التجارة الإلكترونية.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وفهم متطلبات الأعمال.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ومستويات الخدمة (SLAs) وضمان تحقيقها.
  • قيادة اجتماعات الأعمال الدورية: الأسبوعية (WBRs)، الشهرية (MBRs)، والربع سنوية (QBRs).
  • التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والنقل والمخزون وتقنية المعلومات وخدمة العملاء.
  • تحليل البيانات التشغيلية وتقديم التوصيات.
  • دعم دمج وتنفيذ العملاء الجدد.
  • قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • دعم فرص نمو الحسابات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التخزين والتوزيع، اللوجستيات، أو إدارة الحسابات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • المعرفة التقنية بتنفيذ الطلبات (Order Fulfillment)، إدارة المخزون (Inventory Management)، أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS)، عمليات الميل الأخير (Last Mile Operations)، ومنصات التجارة الإلكترونية (E-commerce Platforms).
  • الإلمام بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل رضا العملاء، تحقيق مستوى الخدمة (SLA)، الاحتفاظ بالعملاء، نمو الحسابات، أداء تنفيذ الطلبات، ودقة المخزون.

Responsible for managing and growing relationships with key fulfillment customers, ensuring operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact

between customers and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
  • Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support account growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management.
  • Technical Knowledge Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, WMS, Last Mile Operations, E-commerce Platforms.
  • KPIs Customer Satisfaction, SLA Achievement, Customer Retention, Account Growth, Order Fulfillment Performance and Inventory Accuracy
