شركة A.P. Moller - Maersk تعلن عن وظيفة Landside Operations Agent في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية. الهدف من هذا الدور هو تخطيط وتنسيق وإدارة أنشطة النقل البري اليومية لضمان نقل الحاويات بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد مع تلبية متطلبات العملاء والتشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط حركات النقل اليومية وتخصيص الشاحنات بناءً على الأولويات التشغيلية.
- التنسيق بين أنشطة التحميل والتسليم والميناء والمستودعات والمحطات.
- مراقبة حركة الشاحنات وضمان تنفيذ أوامر النقل في الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة المواعيد والمتابعة لتجنب التأخير أو فقدان الفتحات الزمنية.
- التواصل مع موردي النقل والسائقين والمحطات والمستودعات والفرق الداخلية.
- حل المشكلات التشغيلية ورفع الاستثناءات الحرجة عند الحاجة.
- ضمان تحديث البيانات بدقة في أنظمة النقل والتشغيل.
- تتبع الأداء اليومي ودعم تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التشغيلية.
- تحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية وجودة الخدمة.
- الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في مجال النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو التوزيع أو العمليات البرية.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات الموانئ ونقل الحاويات.
- إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel وأنظمة إدارة النقل.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily transport movements and allocate trucks based on operational priorities.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, port, depot, and warehouse activities.
- Monitor truck movements and ensure timely execution of transport orders.
- Manage appointments and follow up to avoid delays or missed slots.
- Communicate with transport vendors, drivers, terminals, depots, and internal teams.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical exceptions when required.
- Ensure accurate updates in transportation and operational systems.
- Track daily performance and support achievement of operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Solid experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or landside operations.
- Good knowledge of port and container transportation operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and transportation management systems.
