دبليو إس بي (WSP) تعلن عن وظيفة مصمم داخلي مهندس في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال التصميم الداخلي والتشطيبات في الموقع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مصمم داخلي مهندس ذو مهارات عالية للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف لدينا في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال التصميم الداخلي والتشطيبات في الموقع، وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع ومعايير الجودة ولوائح الصحة والسلامة. يتطلب الدور خلفية تقنية قوية في التصميم الداخلي، وخبرة في الإشراف الميداني، والقدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء وفرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات لتقديم بيئات داخلية عالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال التصميم الداخلي والتشطيبات أثناء الإنشاء لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد المعتمدة.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة ومراقبة جودة الأعمال والمواد وأنشطة البناء.
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) ومقدمات المواد والنماذج والعينات للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) والمهندسين الإنشائيين والمقاولين وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم والبناء.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم الدعم الفني للمهندس المقيم وفريق الإشراف.
- ضمان أن جميع أعمال التشطيب الداخلي تلبي معايير الجودة وتوقعات العميل.
- تحديد ورفع تقارير عن حالات عدم المطابقة ودعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- حضور اجتماعات الموقع وتقديم تحديثات حول تقدم الأعمال الداخلية والجودة والمخاطر المحتملة.
- التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة والمشاركة في أنشطة حصر العيوب (Snagging) والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الجهات المحلية ومتطلبات السلامة وإجراءات المشروع.
- مراجعة بيانات طرق العمل (Method Statements) ومنهجيات البناء الخاصة بالمقاولين والمتعلقة بالأعمال الداخلية.
- دعم أنشطة إغلاق المشروع بما في ذلك التفتيشات النهائية ومراجعة الوثائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية الداخلية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي والإشراف الميداني، ويفضل على مشاريع بناء واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع الإشراف أو إدارة الإنشاءات في الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمواد التشطيب الداخلي وطرق بناء التشطيبات والتفاصيل.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية ومقدمات المواد والوثائق الفنية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية ولوائح البناء السعودية وإجراءات ضمان الجودة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD و Revit و MS Office وغيرها من برامج التصميم وإدارة المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Engineer to join our supervision team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design and fit-out works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
The role requires a strong technical background in interior design, site supervision expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality interior environments.
- Supervise interior design and fit-out works during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and supervision team.
- Ensure all interior finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and report non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on interior works progress, quality, and potential risks.
- Verify completed works and participate in snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety requirements, and project procedures.
- Review contractor method statements and construction methodologies related to interior works.
- Support project close-out activities, including final inspections and documentation reviews.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design and site supervision, preferably on large-scale building projects.
- Previous experience working on supervision or construction management projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, fit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international standards, Saudi building regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant design and project management software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
