كلية لينكولن الدولية تبحث عن مدربين ومدربات متخصصين في الإلكترونيات والأنظمة المدمجة للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ابتداءً من منتصف مارس 2025.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريب نظري وعملي عالي الجودة في مجالات: تشخيص واختبار الإلكترونيات، تقنيات المتحكمات الدقيقة والأنظمة المدمجة، تصنيع وتجميع لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة (PCB)، أنظمة التحكم والأتمتة الصناعية، خطوط الإنتاج الآلي في التصنيع الكيميائي والدفاعي، الأجهزة وتصميم الدوائر المتقدمة.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ دروس وورش عمل وتقييمات عملية تفاعلية تتماشى مع المعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • ضمان تركيز التدريب على التطبيقات الواقعية والكفاءات التقنية مع تقييم فهم المتدربين النظري والعملي وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة.
  • المحافظة على معايير عالية لجودة التعليم والتعلم من خلال مراجعات الأقران وملاحظات الدروس.
  • تحفيز المتدربين وتعزيز التميز التقني والسلوك المهني.
  • إدارة محتوى الدورات ومعدلات النجاح، وتطوير المواد التدريبية بما يتماشى مع التطورات الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • إجراء التقييمات والتحقق الداخلي، والحفاظ على التوثيق وفق سياسات الكلية.
  • تنظيم أنشطة إثرائية مثل زيارات ميدانية ومحاضرات ضيوف ومشاريع عملية، بالإضافة إلى دعم اختيار وتسجيل المتدربين وتقديم الإرشاد الوظيفي.
  • العمل ضمن فريق تدريب مرن والتعاون مع الزملاء لتعزيز التجربة التعليمية، والالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال صناعة الإلكترونيات أو الأنظمة المدمجة أو تجميع PCB أو الأتمتة، ويفضل في بيئة التصنيع الكيميائي أو إنتاج المتفجرات أو الإلكترونيات الدفاعية.
  • درجة دبلوم أو ما يعادلها في تكنولوجيا الإلكترونيات أو الكهرباء أو الأتمتة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو شهادة مهنية معتمدة في مجال ذي صلة (مثل: فني إلكترونيات معتمد من IPC، أخصائي تصميم وتصنيع PCB، محترف أتمتة معتمد، مبرمج PLC من Siemens).
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على تحفيز المتدربين وإلهامهم، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B1 على الأقل وفق الإطار الأوروبي المرجعي الموحد (CEFR).
  • اجتياز الفحص الأمني المشدد كشرط للتوظيف.
  • فهم لوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • يفضل خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من: اختبار الإلكترونيات التناظرية والرقمية وإصلاح الأعطال، اختبار الترددات الراديوية/الموجات الدقيقة والكهروميكانيكية البصرية، برمجة المتحكمات الدقيقة والأنظمة المدمجة، معدات الاختبار الآلي وتكامل الروبوتات.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في التدريس أو التدريب في بيئة تقنية أو مهنية.
  • يفضل مؤهل تدريسي معترف به (مثل: شهادة المستوى 4 في التعليم والتدريب، أو PGCE، أو ما يعادلها).
  • يفضل خبرة في استخدام تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي (VR) والواقع المعزز (AR).
  • يفضل خبرة في التقييم والتحقق الداخلي، أو خبرة في تقييم نقاط النهاية (EPA) أو مؤهل مقيم مثل CAVA أو TAQA.
  • يفضل شهادات مهنية معتمدة مثل: الحزام الأخضر في Lean Six Sigma أو أعلى، شهادة إدارة مشاريع PMP أو PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
  • المرشحون بدون مؤهل تدريسي رسمي سيُطلب منهم إكمال شهادة المستوى 4 في التعليم والتدريب (بدعم من الكلية) خلال 6 أشهر من بدء العمل.

JOB PURPOSE:

 

Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise in electronics, embedded systems, PCB manufacturing, and automation, strongly emphasizing automated production lines and industrial control systems. This role is instrumental in delivering hands-on training in key technologies in defense electronics, industrial automation and advanced manufacturing. The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process. Good competency in English is mandatory. Non-native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam. An offer of employment will be made subject to final approval from the client.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Training & Course Delivery

·         Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:

  1. Electronics Diagnostics and Testing

  2. Microcontroller and Embedded Systems Technology

  3. PCB Manufacturing and Assembly

  4. Industrial Automation and Control Systems

  5. Automated Production Lines in Chemical and Defense Manufacturing

  6. Instrumentation and Advanced Circuit Design

·         Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.

·         Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.

·         Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.

·         Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.

·         Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviour.

Course & Program Development

·         Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

·         Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

·         Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Assessment       

·         Conduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.

·         Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.

Trainee Engagement & Support

·         Organize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects.

·         Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.

·         Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.

·         Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare within the training environment.

Collaboration & Professional Development

·         Work as part of a flexible training team, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

·         Stay updated with industry and pedagogical advancements through continuous professional development and training.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Essential Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electronics manufacturing, embedded systems, PCB assembly or automation, ideally in a chemical manufacturing, explosives production or defense electronics environment.

·         Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Automation Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example:

§  IPC Certified Electronics Technician

§  Certified PCB Design and Manufacturing Specialist

§  Certified Automation Professional

§  Siemens PLC Programmer Certification

·         Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

·         Enhanced security clearance will be required.

·         Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

 

Desirable Requirements

·         Experience in one or more of the following systems: Analog and digital electronics testing & troubleshooting, RF / Microwave and Optoelectronic testing, Microcontroller programming and embedded systems, Automated testing equipment and robotics integration.

·         Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.

·         Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).

·         Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

·         Experience with assessing and internal verification.

·         End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.

·         Industry-recognized certifications, such as:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner.

 

Continues Professional Development

·         Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

  • Base salary SAR 17,000 per month TAX FREE

  • Housing allowance SAR 4,250 per month TAX FREE

  • Transportation allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

  • Flight allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

Monthly Gross Salary - 22,250 SAR

Additional Benefits:

·         Iqama (Resident Permit) transfer costs will be covered by LCI, if the candidate is inside KSA
