تعلن كلية لينكولن الدولية (Lincoln College International) عن توفر وظيفة مدرب/مدربة في تصنيع وإصلاح المواد المركبة (Composites Manufacturing & Repair Trainer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يبدأ العمل من منتصف مارس 2025.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريب نظري وعملي عالي الجودة في تصنيع المواد المركبة وتقنيات الإصلاح وإجراءات الصيانة والإصلاح والتجديد (MRO) في قطاعات الطيران والبر والبحر.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ دروس وورش عمل وتقييمات تفاعلية تتماشى مع معايير الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • ضمان تركيز التدريب على التطبيقات الواقعية والكفاءات التقنية.
  • تقييم الفهم العملي والنظري للمتدربين وتقديم ملاحظات منظمة لدعم التعلم وتطوير المهارات.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية في جودة التعليم من خلال مراجعات الأقران وملاحظات الدروس.
  • تحفيز المتدربين وإشراكهم لتعزيز التميز التقني والسلوك المهني.
  • إدارة محتوى الدورات ومعدلات النجاح لضمان نتائج تعلم فعالة.
  • تطوير وتحسين المواد التدريبية لتواكب التطورات الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير وتعزيز برامج الكلية التدريبية للحفاظ على الحداثة في التكنولوجيا والممارسات.
  • إجراء التقييمات والتحقق الداخلي والحفاظ على التوثيق وفق سياسات الكلية.
  • ضمان سلامة وكفاءة وصيانة معدات التدريب وأدواته ومختبراته.
  • تنظيم أنشطة إثرائية مثل الزيارات الميدانية والمحاضرات الضيفة والمشاريع العملية.
  • دعم عملية اختيار وتسجيل وقبول المتدربين في برامج الكلية.
  • تقديم الإرشاد والتوجيه والدعم الوظيفي للمتدربين لضمان نجاحهم في البرنامج والانتقال إلى التوظيف.
  • تعزيز تكافؤ الفرص والحماية والرفاهية في بيئة التدريب.
  • العمل ضمن فريق تدريب مرن والتعاون مع الزملاء لتحسين التجربة التعليمية.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات الصناعية والتربوية من خلال التطوير المهني المستمر والتدريب.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى مناسبة لمستوى الوظيفة حسب توجيهات المدير المشرف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة صناعية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المواد المركبة، التصنيع، منهجيات الإصلاح، عمليات الصيانة والإصلاح والتجديد (MRO)، تقنيات الفحص أو الامتثال التنظيمي، ويفضل في مجال التصنيع أو الطيران أو البر أو البحر.
  • الشهادة: دبلوم (أو ما يعادله) على الأقل في التقنية الميكانيكية، تكنولوجيا التصنيع، تكنولوجيا الإنتاج أو مجال ذي صلة. أو شهادة مهنية معتمدة في مجال ذي صلة مثل: فني مركبات معتمد (CCT) من رابطة مصنعي المواد المركبة الأمريكية (ACMA) أو PCN المستوى II أو III (BINDT) / ASNT المستوى II أو III.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على تحفيز المتدربين وإلهامهم، بمستوى كفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية لا يقل عن CEFR B1 (يجب على غير الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية تقديم دليل على الكفاءة عبر اختبار IELTS أو TOEFL أو STEP أو اختبار مماثل).
  • الحصول على تصريح أمني معزز (Enhanced security clearance) كشرط أساسي.
  • فهم لوائح الصحة والسلامة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • المستحبات: خبرة تدريس أو تدريب سابقة في بيئة تقنية أو مهنية.

JOB PURPOSE:

 Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Technician specializing in Composites Manufacturing and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) to join our training team in Riyadh. This role is instrumental in delivering hands-on training across aviation, land, and naval sectors, ensuring trainees develop industry-relevant skills in composites fabrication, repair, and MRO processes. The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process. Good competency in English is mandatory. Non-native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam. An offer of employment will be made subject to final approval from the client.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Training & Course Delivery

·         Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including composites manufacturing, repair techniques, and MRO procedures across aerospace, land, and naval systems.

·         Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.

·         Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.

·         Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.

·         Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.

·         Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviour.

Course & Program Development

·         Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

·         Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

·         Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Assessment       

·         Conduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.

·         Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.

Trainee Engagement & Support

·         Organize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects.

·         Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.

·         Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.

·         Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare within the training environment.

Collaboration & Professional Development

·         Work as part of a flexible training team, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Essential Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in composite materials, fabrication, repair methodologies, MRO processes, inspection techniques or regulatory compliance, ideally within a manufacturing, aviation, land, or naval setting.

·         Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example:

§  Certified Composites Technician (CCT) - American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA).

§  PCN Level II, or III (BINDT) / ASNT Level II, or III

·         Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

·         Enhanced security clearance will be required.

·         Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

Desirable Requirements

·         Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.

·         Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).

·         Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

·         Experience with assessing and internal verification.

·         End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.

·         Industry-recognized certifications, such as:

  • UK CAA Part 66, EASA Part 66 (B1/B2), FAA A&P License, GACA AMEL or similar.

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

  • SAMPE Certification - Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering.

  • IPC Certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, IPC/WHMA-A-620)

  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner.

Continues Professional Development

·         Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

SALARY AND BENEFITS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

  • Base salary SAR 17,000 per month TAX FREE

  • Housing allowance SAR 4,250 per month TAX FREE

  • Transportation allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

  • Flight allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

Monthly Gross Salary - 22,250 SAR

Additional Benefits:

·         Onboarding flights (if hired from outside KSA)

·         Private healthcare insurance

·         Visa costs covered (if hired from outside KSA)

·         Iqama (Resident Permit) transfer costs will be covered by LCI, if the candidate is inside KSA

·         30 days Annual Leave per annum
