Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at FalahHire is a full-time hybrid position based in Dammam, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. In this role, the Electrical Engineer will design and review electrical systems, prepare technical drawings and specifications, and support power distribution and power system projects from concept through implementation. Daily responsibilities include analyzing electrical loads, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, and assisting in site inspections and commissioning activities. The Electrical Engineer will also troubleshoot electrical issues, optimize system performance, support documentation and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles and industry standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, including the ability to develop layouts, select equipment, and plan distribution networks.
• Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including system analysis, load calculations, protection coordination, and reliability assessment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications or licensure are an advantage.
• Experience with engineering software (such as CAD tools and power system analysis software), and familiarity with regional and international electrical codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse project teams.
