شركة إعمار الضيافة (Emaar Al Diyafa)، إحدى سلاسل الفنادق الفاخرة في المملكة العربية السعودية والمتخصصة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، تبحث عن مدير فندق (Hotel Manager) للعمل في المدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفندق بما في ذلك مكتب الاستقبال، التدبير المنزلي، خدمات الطعام والشراب، الصيانة، وعلاقات النزلاء، وضمان تقديم مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
  • إدارة جداول الموظفين، تدريب الفريق والإشراف عليهم، والتأكد من الامتثال لسياسات الفندق وإجراءات السلامة ومعايير الجودة.
  • مراقبة الأداء المالي، دعم أنشطة الميزانية والمبيعات، والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحسين نسب الإشغال ورضا النزلاء.
  • التعامل مع ملاحظات النزلاء وحل المشكلات التشغيلية فوراً، والتنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين والموردين حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Role Description The Hotel Manager role at Emaar Al Diyafa is a full-time, on-site position based in Medina. The Hotel Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, Maintenance, and guest relations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for pilgrims. This role manages staffing schedules, trains and supervises team members, and ensures that hotel policies, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed. The Hotel Manager monitors financial performance, supports budgeting and sales initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling guest feedback, resolving operational issues promptly, and coordinating with external partners and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage guest relations and ensure a welcoming, respectful environment for pilgrims.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight, including managing costs, forecasting, and supporting revenue goals.
  • Sales skills to promote hotel services, optimize occupancy, and build relationships with travel agencies and pilgrimage organizers.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including coordination with kitchen and dining teams to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
  • Experience with receptionist duties, front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and reservation systems.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality management experience, preferably in a luxury or pilgrimage-focused setting.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak pilgrimage seasons.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
