شركة Blue Yonder تبحث عن Senior Project Manager للعمل في الرياض، لقيادة التوصيل الشامل للمشاريع المعقدة والعابرة للوظائف وتحقيق النتائج الاستراتيجية للأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة وإغلاق مشاريع متعددة متزامنة أو برنامج واسع النطاق.
- تحديد وإدارة نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والميزانية والموارد والتسليمات.
- تطوير خطط مشروع مفصلة (هيكل تقسيم العمل، المعالم الرئيسية، التبعيات) والحفاظ على توثيق المشروع.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة الوظائف (بما في ذلك البائعين والشركاء الخارجيين) لتنفيذ أنشطة المشروع.
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر والمشكلات؛ رفعها عند الحاجة وقيادة جهود المعالجة.
- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة: وضع التوقعات، وتقديم تحديثات دورية للحالة، وتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات.
- ضمان إدارة الجودة والامتثال لعمليات ومعايير المؤسسة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتطبيق الدروس المستفادة عبر المشاريع.
- تقديم القيادة والإرشاد لمديري المشاريع أو منسقي المشاريع في الفريق.
- قيادة جهود إدارة التغيير واعتماد المشاريع عندما تؤثر على العمليات أو العملاء.
- الحفاظ على الضوابط المالية: تتبع الميزانيات والتوقعات وتقارير التباين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو سلاسل الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي/أول لإدارة مشاريع معقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل (حضور تنفيذي).
- خبرة قابلة للإثبات في استخدام منهجيات إدارة المشاريع الرسمية (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثل MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet أو ما يماثلها).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات واتخاذ قرارات ممتازة.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- معرفة بمجال التجزئة وسلاسل الإمداد (Supply Chain Retail).
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة PMP أو PRINCE2 Practitioner أو PMI-ACP أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في [المجال/القطاع - مثل اللوجستيات وسلاسل الإمداد، تسليم البرمجيات، البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، الخدمات المهنية].
- خبرة في إدارة علاقات البائعين/الأطراف الثالثة والجوانب التجارية للمشاريع.
- خبرة في تقارير محفظة المشاريع وتحقيق الفوائد.

The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects to achieve strategic business outcomes. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and project teams, while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. You’ll serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, continuous improvement and client/stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies) and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors/partners) to execute project activities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate where required and drive remediation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators on the team.
- Lead change management and adoption efforts where projects impact operations or customers.
- Maintain financial controls: track budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role managing complex projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive presence).
- Demonstrable experience using formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Arabic and English language proficiency
- Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in [industry/domain - e.g., logistics & supply chain, software delivery, IT infrastructure, professional services].
- Experience managing vendor/third-party relationships and commercial aspects of projects.
- Experience with portfolio-level reporting and benefits realization.
