شركة Faena The Red Sea تسعى لتعيين مدير الصحة والسلامة والاستدامة (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق الفترة التمهيدية في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا المنصب قيادة مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والاستدامة في الفندق، مع تعزيز ثقافة الرفاهية وإدارة المخاطر والمسؤولية البيئية، دعماً لرؤية Faena في السياحة المتجددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والأمن ومنع الخسائر في جميع أنحاء العقار.
- تعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالسلامة والمساءلة والإدارة الاستباقية للمخاطر في جميع أقسام الفندق.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للمخاطر وعمليات تفتيش السلامة ومراجعات لتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة.
- تنسيق إجراءات الطوارئ وبرامج السلامة من الحرائق وتمارين الإخلاء وخطط إدارة الأزمات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والانتهاكات الأمنية وقضايا منع الخسائر مع ضمان التقارير والإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- مراقبة الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- تقديم برامج تدريب وتوعية تتعلق بالسلامة في مكان العمل والوقاية من الحرائق والاستجابة للطوارئ وإجراءات الأمن.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع أقسام الهندسة والموارد البشرية والعمليات لضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- دعم امتثال المقاولين والموردين لمعايير الصحة والسلامة في الفندق.
- الحفاظ على العلاقات مع السلطات المحلية وخدمات الطوارئ والهيئات التنظيمية.
- مراقبة أنظمة الأمن وإجراءات التحكم في الوصول وإجراءات منع الخسائر لحماية أصول الفندق.
- إعداد تقارير السلامة وتحليل الحوادث ووثائق الامتثال لمراجعة الإدارة.
- دعم أنشطة الفترة التمهيدية من خلال وضع معايير وإجراءات وبرامج تدريب للصحة والسلامة والأمن.
- المساعدة في إدارة الميزانيات والموارد لضمان كفاءة عمل وظيفة الصحة والسلامة والاستدامة.
- دعم التزام Faena بالسياحة المتجددة من خلال ضمان مساهمة العمليات إيجابياً في البيئة والمجتمعات المحلية والحفاظ على الثقافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في الصحة والسلامة أو الاستدامة أو الإدارة البيئية أو إدارة المخاطر ضمن بيئة فنادق فاخرة أو منتجعات أو ضيافة.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية والممارسات البيئية ومبادرات الاستدامة.
- خبرة في إجراء عمليات التدقيق وتقييم المخاطر والتحقيقات ومراجعات الامتثال.
- مؤهل مناسب في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الإدارة البيئية أو الاستدامة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو LEED أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية، تواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على التأثير في الثقافة المؤسسية ودفع الامتثال عبر الأقسام المتعددة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إعداد التقارير.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain health, safety, security, and loss prevention policies, procedures, and programs across the property.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety programs, evacuation drills, and crisis management plans.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, security breaches, and loss prevention matters, ensuring appropriate reporting and corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, company standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Deliver training and awareness programs related to workplace safety, fire prevention, emergency response, and security procedures.
- Work closely with Engineering, People & Culture, and operational departments to ensure safe working practices are maintained.
- Support contractor and supplier compliance with hotel health and safety standards.
- Maintain relationships with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor security systems, access control procedures, and loss prevention measures to protect hotel assets.
- Prepare safety reports, incident analysis, and compliance documentation for management review.
- Support pre-opening activities by establishing health, safety, and security standards, procedures, and training programs.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the Health, Safety & Sustainability function.
- Champion Faena's commitment to regenerative tourism, ensuring operations contribute positively to the environment, local communities, and cultural preservation.
- Previous experience in Health & Safety, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Risk Management within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, environmental practices, and sustainability initiatives.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence culture and drive compliance across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, LEED, or equivalent are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening luxury hospitality environment.
